“I was very unpleased with the fire wood rack that I bought. I understand that it was a scratch and dent item, what I did not realize is that all of the nuts and bolts were missing as well as two support pieces. In the money that I saved I had to spend on the nuts and bolts. The rack was in bad shape, it looks like someone had it before and did a number on it to then return it. In all I got it up and have fire wood in it, I was just very unpleased with the item I received.”

“Relatively prompt delivery, but a little slow to initiate shipment. Grate packaging was falling apart and protective wrapping was basically non-existent. But grate was a good value and finish doesn't matter much once it's in a fireplace and logs and ash are all over it.”

“We ordered two outdoor chairs. Only one came and we had to call to get the second one shipped. The first one took us two hours to assemble because a couple of the holes did not align and I had to use a power drill in order to get the bolts to slide through. The second chair went together easily. We really like the rocking chairs and they are solid and comfortable. Kevin and Debbie”
