“Seriously robust and well-made. The shipping box arrived beat up and nearly falling apart with very little internal protection, yet the product arrived in perfect condition. This compared to a well-known competitor product that arrived in a pristine box, heavily protected by styrofoam, yet the thin metal sides were dented requiring a return and replacement.”

“Major difference in heat coming out of our fireplace- heated the house to 74 degrees while the thermostat was set to 68! I bought the backplate grate combo hoping it would help some, but it made a significant difference!!”
