“Quick shipping! Perfect condition. Just what I wanted!”

“I have had a terrible experience with your customer service and management response. As a transaction process was made by a technical error. Originally i was shopping for potential future purchase and was browsing thru promotions thru black Friday. When i went to the screen to see the overall price and arrow back the purchase processed, i researched to stop payment with paypal and i was advised to contact your department to resolve matter, unfortunately the day of the transaction anf following day your office was close. I then called on Monday and spoke to someone who did not help me, i requested to speak to management and i was told that none were available, i also requested to speak to someone in the shopping department to try to stop shipment and again i was told that was not able to speak to someone. This person stated that someone in management would call me in an hour. Unfortunately that was not the case, i made several calls after and for one reason or another my call would not go thru even when i was willing to hold as i did the 1st time which was almost 40 min on hold. Unfortunately i have not been successful reaching anyone. I did receive an email that unfortunately was in my spam and i found it a few days later, on this email i was told that they would approve a none cost shipping but i did not find any labels attached to the email. I wrote back to the manager and its been almost a week and i haven't gotten a response. I wrote another email again yesterday 12/12 and now posting this complaint thru this review hoping someone will assist me with shipping and a reimbursement of this purchase made by error. I have a holiday party this weekend and i have a huge box sitting in my living room as i don't have any other place to store it. I need to ship this item back as soon as possible. If this is a company of prestige and integrity i hope that this response reaches someone superior then management, as i stated that if i don't get a response back i will write a letter to your CEO along with proof of all my attempts to resolve this matter. I hope my comment can be taken into consideration to successfully resolve this matter.”

“I purchased the 21" High-Efficiency Log Grate with Reflective Fireback. First of all: under-promised and over-delivered. When I placed my order I was notified that there was a backorder into late December. It's already here! Nicely handled, TGO! Second of all: this sucker is heavy! Nothing skimpy here; the grate is great and this backplate is NO joke. Performance review: fantastic! Every detail in the product description functions as advertised, from the efficient directing of smoke up the chimney to the increased output of heat into the room. The self-feeding/vertical design is creating a cleaner burn, and I have reduced the pace at which wood is being burned through. The unit is everything I had hoped for when I placed my order. VERY pleased!”

“Corten steel fire pit is exactly what we were looking for vs. Solo bright stainless steel. Rusting surface fits our rustic backyard. Physics of the burn is same as Solo, so small startup fire (smoke expected) to get heat going then add cordwood as needed to build hot near-smoke-free fire. Product is exactly what we expected. 21” unit is light enough to just flip over to remove ashes after cool down then flip back. No issues, piece-of-cake!”

“I love the firepit and can't wait to use it. The lid and top of the firepit received some damage during shipping. This guy is heavy and the fed ex delivery driver dropped it on my porch. The way the lid is packaged upside down (handle down inside the firepit) without any padding between the two items caused damage to the black finish and chipped the finish exposing raw steel. I'm concerned this will rust once it's out in the elements. This doesn't affect usability but perhaps will decrease the longevity of the firepit as its power coat is chipped in multiple locations on both the lid and upper rim of the firebox. This thing is built like a tank so no structural damage I can see. It it hadn't been damaged in shipping I would give 5 stars!”
