“This bike rack is really sturdy. Ordered on a Sunday, received on Wednesday, very quick shipping and well packaged. Hefty enough that I feel that with a quality lock this will help keep my bike safe (had my last bike stolen from my home, which is why I bought this). I searched for a good strong rack and was very pleased with the quality of this rack and the price, it compares well with the public bike racks seen around the city. Would highly recommend to anyone who doesn't have a garage or enclosed space and needs to park their bike in an open area.”

“The outdoor fire pit grate is extremely heavy duty, very well built as far as I can tell right now. I’ve only had it a week or two and haven’t burned a fire on it yet. I purchased the 28” hex grate made from 1” solid steel bar stock. It fits perfectly into my outdoor fire pit with a 36” inner diameter. It was crazy heavy to lift by myself up and over into the fire pit. Seems like it’s going to last very well. The box was beyond beat up and nearly destroyed but the product was fine. 5 stars for the fire grate, 2 stars for the shipping from “F—-X”.”

“Unbelievably bad customer service. Purchased a product during black Friday event, then a couple days later they dropped the price $35. I requested the price match and was refused even after speaking with a supervisor. Unfair business practice...unbelievable that a company would still behave this way in 2022. Hadn't even received the product I purchased yet, and you drop the price--then won't correct it and match the price? Simply unbelievable. No reputable retailer would behave in this manner. That's why I will be sticking with retailers such as Amazon--who would easily do this--in the future and will also be telling everyone I can that you offer horrible customer service and that I would recommend never buying from you.”
