“Like it , well built and the cover is great. First fire pit like this so I was surprised by how much heat is directed straight up. I thought it would have a greater radiant effect from the metal”

“The item we ordered came in a dilapidated box and it was missing a vital part - the fork, without which it is not usable. I immediately wrote to Customer Service and was told they were working on making it right. Two follow up emails later and still no response or action.”
