“The product came well packaged. The only issue is Fed-Ex freight didn't call like they said they would, they just dropped it off in my driveway. Good thing it was too heavy for anyone to just run off with.”

“I recently purchased a wagon wheel log holder for my outdoor fire pit. The item arrived quickly, wrapped so meticulously, with the well- secured straps having wrapping tape placed over it. Upon opening the box I was amazed that it had foam wooden panels tightly securing, and protecting the item. Great job TITAN. I will purchase from you in the future, and spread the word to others.”

“I like the product, but all the bolts came loose in the box missing the screws that keep them in the chains and when contacting support they ask me to buy the screws for which they dont have the specs... again, good product but bad support.”

“One box came undamaged but the folded chair was not properly put together so we had to fix it ourselves. The other chair cam in a box that was damaged. A bolt was loose in the box. Turned out to be an arm piece. Not as study or as well built as other stuff I purchased from Titan. Keeping them to see how the hold up.”

“Easy to put together, looks and feels great. It was an early Christmas gift for my wife and she's really enjoying them. If you're looking for outdoor furniture I would recommend it. It's the best price I've found everwood, and it won't rot and warp like real wood.”

“Another great product by Titan. The adjustable swivel grill grate & griddle plate is awesome! Industrial grade as usual with Titan. Already enjoyed steaks, hamburgers, & pork tenderloin on the grill & bacon, eggs & hashbrowns on the griddle plate. Oh, sauteed a batch of shrimp on the griddle plate too. And only had it two weeks so far! Great food over a "real" wood fire. Protable, No gas, No charcoal. Just 100% real wood-fired tastiness!”

“I haven't lit a fire yet, but the fire pit seems extremely well built with very heavy gauge steel. Shipping was extremely fast. I couldn't have made the fire pit for the prices they charge, the 22 inch fire pit is probably 50 lbs of solid steel.”

“The product is great. But,do to a delivery error by FedEx, I never received my original order which was placed thru Amazon Prime. After waiting several weeks to get that resolved, I ordered another unit directly from Titan which is the order you referred to above. I had asked for the original order to be refunded, but you sent me another. So now I have 2, and I'm trying to send the other one back (request # 1580087) . The item is still in the original packaging, I've taken pictures, and am waiting (1 week now) for the return label.........”
