“Awesome firepit and grill insert. Love it :)”

“I love the firepit and can't wait to use it. The lid and top of the firepit received some damage during shipping. This guy is heavy and the fed ex delivery driver dropped it on my porch. The way the lid is packaged upside down (handle down inside the firepit) without any padding between the two items caused damage to the black finish and chipped the finish exposing raw steel. I'm concerned this will rust once it's out in the elements. This doesn't affect usability but perhaps will decrease the longevity of the firepit as its power coat is chipped in multiple locations on both the lid and upper rim of the firebox. This thing is built like a tank so no structural damage I can see. It it hadn't been damaged in shipping I would give 5 stars!”

“bought a target kit, only part of it shipped.. and rather than ship me parts that are back ordered that have shipping dates, I was asked to return the parts I recieved... yes RMA was provided, but I want the product.. I was advised by customer service, it was not an option and that I needed to send the part back if I want my money back... the website is not updated correctly and they really don't have the parts.. AND I get reminders every few days to order the same kit, to receive it before Christmas.. Looking for a new vendor.”

“The first table was shipped and sent back by FedEx for damage. Took Titan over a week to ship a replacement. When I received it I could understand why they would get damaged. Hardly any styrofoam to protect the table, really the only protection was the plastic bags the parts were shipped in. The table top had multiple dimples in it, from things banging into it during shipping, as well as paint flaking off where parts were rattling around. The bottom shelf does not sit flat against the supports welded to the legs, which means it was not manufactured correctly. The box is too lightweight and was ripped open. No instructions were included on assembly, found the owner's manual online, but even that identified parts incorrectly, the bottom shelf is numbered as a different piece, and there are new supports that are not even in the diagram. Can not recommend it.”

“Delivery of my 22" ADJUSTABLE KETTLE-STYLE GRILL ATTACHMENT was without damage. Instructions had to be downloaded from the website. Simple assembly and really didn't require instructions in the end. Santa Maria style round grill and worked well on my Weber. Ribeye and burgers turned out extremely well. Grill flare-ups are easily controlled with elevating the grill. The only hang-up is with the uneven glide and friction with side rails when there is unequal distribution of weight on the grill surface. Stable grilling surface and never felt the steaks were going to slide off. I can foresee problems with the grill surface as it is made with a thin metal gauge. If there should be any corrosion in the long term, a bit of regular seasoning of the grill surface should help.”
