“I asked to exchange a fire pit for a larger model before the smaller model had shipped. Ash charged me for both. This was 3 weeks ago and they still have not refunded me for the smaller fire pit -- for no reason, as far as I can tell. There has been zero communication, and it's not an item that was ever delivered to my house in the first place. Based on the excellent pre-sale customer serfvice, I had expected more follow-through. Or at least *some*.”

“MAGNIFICENT! This bench is quality built, easy to assemble and made to last. I treated myself to it because I’ve dreamt of having a Lutyens bench for nearly 30 years. My husband is a woodworker but we’ve always had other projects and things to do and the bench ended up on the back burner . Not only is this a wonderful bench, but it’s also made of wonderful teak that will last. The delivery was incredibly fast as well. I highly recommend this company and especially my dream bench.”

“The table came completely broken. I did order from the scratch and dent section, but I don't think you should be selling furniture that's actually broken. Your customer service reps were very kind and helpful, but they only offered to reimburse me for $97 out of the $240 I spent on the table, which is a little steep for a broken table. I would have preferred a new table, but that wasn't an option. Otherwise, I do love the look and quality of the table (had it not been broken).”

“We love our new firepit. We received it and built it up whihc was easy. Our first firepit night was a big hit love how heavy and durable the unit is.Happy to share some pics too!! our pit location is in the middle of a large Redwood fairy ring with a circle of trees close to 200 feet tall. it would make a great promo pic ;)”

“My wife ordered a dueling tree for my birthday. Several parts were missing and therwe were duplicates of other pieces. I called and spoke to a representative and explained the problem. I was sent an email requesting pictures. I took the photos and also took a photo of the manual and circled the missing part and entered the information exactly identifying the missing parts, listed it by the part number and also the part name and sent an email with all the photos and information. Then the response was that I would need to return the original item. I was not going to pay for 70 pounds of metal to be sent back and asked for a return label, none was given. A few days later another email was received stating the replacement missing parts were being shipped./ The package arrived yesterday and it was the exact same items that were sent the first time, once again missing part #5 the 'target stand'. I am at my wits end, this should not be a problem to send the missing parts, but apparently it is. Very frustrating.”
