The 4 chairs I purchase went down in price by $33 each a few days after I got them. When I called CS, I was told there was a 7-day price adjustment policy that I missed by 2 days. When asked where this policy was posted I was told I had to search for it using a chat box and it wasn’t posted where the other policies are. Macy Santos in CS was getting quite snarky until I asked for the CEO’s name. I actually went to the Ash and Ember website to do more shopping when I discovered the price change. I was a repeat customer, but not anymore. I will post my frustrations on Facebook and any other online outlets that I can. I ordered 2 Chaise Lounges , 2 Chairs with ottomans & a Table. Everything was delivered as ordered and I couldn't believe how well packed , and beautifull they are. Excellent workmanship , a pleasure to do business with.

Fast delivery! Well packaged. Heavy duty grate is well made, no sharp edges. I used the grate for a bubbling water feature as I needed something to support the large stones to hide the pump and water.

Ordered both a bench and 4 teak chairs. Theses were engineered very well. Products are of great quality and anticipate they will last for years

They sent the wrong cushion colors and I've been trying to get in touch with someone for over a week. I keep getting transferred and am told they will call back and email but they haven't done either. Terrible customer service.

We ordered and received our glider surprisingly within days - it’s beautiful! Sturdy as well as attractive, give yourself some extra time to assemble as the instructions aren’t as clear as they could be, but with the matching parts labeled/numbered things came together with care. The swing carriage was a little confusing so just rake your time. Another tip if you are going to apply teal oil, you may consider applying to the parts before assembly as it will yield a nicer job.

Amazing quality and value with some precaution. The quality of our Teak Twble and Chairs support the obvious. This is a lot of furniture for the price. It is solid, good wood and well made. The shipping is slow and the arrival is cumbersome. The table has some minor damage which we were able to fix. The chairs were flawless. The removal and discard of outer packing materials is work. I wish they offered white glove. Still, our furniture stands majestically on the patio.

Very helpful staff on order status. Wasn't however, updated on delays in order and needed to reach out many times on when order would ship. Delivery of 70 lb parcel left at mailbox on main road rather than left at my doorstep, another 0.2 miles down dirt road. Usually FedEx drops all parcels at the door. Not this one. Hard to get it back to house.

Heavy duty. Beautiful finish. Great size. Only downside is I find the rebar style handles dont quite match the style and the fire grate at the bottom already warped after one fire. But a great pit.

My wife and I ordered two fire pit grates and two pizza stones for two of our children and spouses. The grates were awesome: high quality and exactly as described. Absoluely spectacular! Both pizza stones unfortunately arrived broken (probably the fault of the delivery service, I'm guessing). That was disappointing, but that's not the full story. I called Ash & Ember customer service, spoke with a very helpful young lady, in in short order received a full refund. Count my wife and me as VERY HAPPY Ash & Ember customers. Things don't always go perfectly in life, but when issues arise (such as with the pizza stones), the true character of a person or company comes to the forefront. And in the case of Ash & Ember, they did a wonderful job addressing the issue.

Ash and Ember honored thier package insurance and my delivery was missing when I went to get it. A large BOX over 58 pounds was gone. They promptly sent another one that I have not opened yet. But they werre very professional and understanding. I suggest any latge or heavy items have a special door to door delivery with a signature, so that the shipping company in this case FEDEX does it correctly.

I placed an order and realized I had ordered the wrong one just a few minutes afterwards. Send an email tried to change my order. You guys said it already shipped. No way you’re that fast. I can make this one work, but I really wanted the other one. it was my fault that you guys did not try to help solve the problem. I haven’t opened the box yet probably gonna order something different from someone else.
