“Delivery service called told me couch would be delivered beteeen 1-5 on a Friday. I made plans to be home as requested. Morning couch was scheduled to be delivered, called by carrier told couch not arrived, didn't know when would be delivered. When called Ash & Ember, could not contact someone directly and received no help. A week later carried told me couch be delivered. This time it was. Driver left me with large box in driveway, sitting on a double palet. I had to move couch and get rid of all the packing materials. Love the couch, hate carrier and your customer relations operation. Would rec ommend the couch, not the company.”

“Beautifully packaged — no shipping damage whatsoever (which somehow happens with these things.) I don’t know if this is the norm, but it came the day after my order was placed. The easiest thing to put together! I’ve done this before with other products and I was amazed that I didn’t have to get out the mallet and force it together. All joints were perfectly aligned. And beautifully crafted. I’d order again from this company. Looks great on our patio.”

“First class stock and excellent service. We initially tried other companies with outdoor furniture but were sadly disappointed in the quality. We were truly satisfied with the quality of the furniture and ease of assembly. Wonderful company and service!”

“The grill I purchased was well built and worked as it should, I purchased another one for my RV park. The problem I had was how the grill was packaged for shipping both grills were damaged in shipping. The grills are very heavy and need better support for grabbing the box, both grills were dropped I'm sure several times.”

“Within 2 weeks, there was already so much rust on the fire pit grill and pole. The design concept is what we were looking for, but the craftsmanship was subpar. Very disappointed in the product durability.”

“Received the 36" sphere fire pit. The burn was very good and generated tons of radiant heat sitting around it. It does take some time to heat the cast to temp, but once its warm its great to sit around!”

“My only complaint is the locknuts, are nylon locknuts, for something used with fire it melts out and the nut backs off, but cooks a mean steak”

“I just got and put together my four Ash & Ember Teak Adirondack Chairs. I was shocked to find the weight, finishing and quality of the wood used! I would challenge anyone to find a better product on the market at this price. Hopefully with casual maintenance (cleaning & sealing) these chairs will last longer than me!”

“We couldn't be happier with the Luna Grade A Teak Folding Table. Even though it was probably the least expensive teak table at this size we found, the quality is very high as far as we can tell. We weren't sure if this would be sufficiently sturdy compared to the much heavier non-folding version, but it's plenty solid and sturdy. On top of the high quality, it was shipped very quickly and required NO ASSEMBLY! Very highly recommended.”
