"I'm trying to book a wheelchair ticket with ATG for 2 weeks now. We had to fill in a ridiculously long application, had to send in 3 different letters to proof my son's needs Nimbus Disability sent us a 6 digit number to log in to ATG website to book a ticket. It didn't work. I wrote an email to ATG, the replied that problem solved, still can't book a ticket. As an able-body person I can book without any problems, as a wheelchair user it takes hours to fill in the forms, to send the all the proof and they still can't sort out the booking. If you are a disabled person obviously you don't have the right to go to ATG places."

"This is what my experience of ATG is like \u2026\r\n\r\nIt\u2019s like going to make a simple exchange of a purchase \r\n\r\nBut there\u2019s no online system to do this\r\n\r\nSo you try to talk to someone & after several attempts of phoning for way over an hour each time - no one is there\r\n\r\nThen you try to submit a request online\r\n\r\nAnd again, no-one responds \r\n\r\nYou\u2019re calling out for a simple upgrade of a child to adult ticket - you are ready to pay\r\n\r\nBut then you\u2019re just shouting out the issue into a black hole\r\n\r\nThat\u2019s ATG\r\n\r\nI will never use them again! \r\n\r\nNOTHING, absolutely NOTHING this simple, should be this DIFFICULT!"
