“I have bought at least three bracelets from Aurum Brothers. When I got them, they were quite impressive. After only a few months of wear (on all three), the elastic band broke and the beads went everywhere. Lost them because I was outside. I followed the care instructions to a “T”, but they still broke. When I ordered my third bracelet (clearly I’m a slow learner), I mentioned how the other bracelets had broken and I wanted to get a bracelet that was more secure. No response, they just shipped the bracelet with the same elastic base and it broke as well after a few months. For $200 per bracelet, this is low quality materials. Buyer beware!”
“I bought a brazalete with basaltic stones and silver balls and it has broken for second time . Likewise with the blue that I bought with amatista. I really think you need to change the rubber used .
I need to know what to do with them now because the money that you charge is indecent for the price we pay when it is your mistake not the clients .”
“If you have an issue with your order, don't expect them to fix the problem. They will blame it on this or that, which requires you to pay 20-25% of the cost to ship back (from the USA) and require you to pay a resizing fee. I even agreed to pay the shipping back for their problem, but they keep saying I should pay a resizing fee when its their F up! Example they send me a braclet that is .25 inch smaller than my wrist size and its way too tight.
Absolutly no customer service and agree with others here... being that they are aboard they use that to their advantage.
Will be returning it as I don't support companies that don't stand behind their products.”

“My Sons bought an Aurum Brothers bracelet for my 50th birthday 2 .5 years ago and to say I was impressed with the quality and fit is an understatement. The bracelet is exceptional quality and after 2.5 years of constant daily wear, The elastic string snapped.
I contacted Aurum Brothers asking if it was possible to get repair and to my amazement the offered to repair the bracelet for the price of postage only?
The service and updates i have had to date are exceptional and i can not recommend these Guys any more highly.
I only wish every company could offer the level of customer service that these guys offer .

“I have had about 10 of these bracelets. When they arrive they're well packaged an beautiful looking. Shame not one of them lasts longer than 12 months. Every single one Ive ever had the elastic band the crystal beads are threaded to, break. If these bracelets were cheap, I'd cop that, but for the price Aurum brothers charge, it's not good enough. Bottom line; great looking, will not last. Shop for cheaper, they'll last as long.”

“I have been a great customer of Aurum Brothers, buying over 7 bracelets from them.
The last one I received the sizing was clearly larger and slid around my wrist. I called and they asked for photos to prove what I was saying.
I provided those and they said my arm is just thin and the sizing was correct.
They battled me back and forth about just sending me the proper size and me returning the large one.
They are condescending and rude and didn’t help me as a valued customer.
I put an honest review on their Facebook page and they blocked me from the page and refused to help me.
Because they are overseas they ca an get away with that type of behavior. They are rude, and I would never recommend to buy anything from them!!”

I submitted the wrist size for his bracelet and literally within minutes, I had a representative on the phone with me verifying the accuracy of the information I submitted. I received the bracelet exactly when I was told that I would and have had no issues with the company nor with the product.”
“They send the wrong size items and then tell you to mail back to Norway at your expense and they will charge a $10 restocking fee. Horrible company, not worth the trouble.”
