If you have an issue with your order, don't expect them to fix the problem. They will blame it on this or that, which requires you to pay 20-25% of the cost to ship back (from the USA) and require you to pay a resizing fee. I even agreed to pay the shipping back for their problem, but they keep saying I should pay a resizing fee when its their F up! Example they send me a braclet that is .25 inch smaller than my wrist size and its way too tight.
Absolutly no customer service and agree with others here... being that they are aboard they use that to their advantage.
Will be returning it as I don't support companies that don't stand behind their products.
