My Sons bought an Aurum Brothers bracelet for my 50th birthday 2 .5 years ago and to say I was impressed with the quality and fit is an understatement. The bracelet is exceptional quality and after 2.5 years of constant daily wear, The elastic string snapped. I contacted Aurum Brothers asking if it was possible to get repair and to my amazement the offered to repair the bracelet for the price of postage only? The service and updates i have had to date are exceptional and i can not recommend these Guys any more highly. I only wish every company could offer the level of customer service that these guys offer . Keep up the good work Guys and thank you.
