I have been a great customer of Aurum Brothers, buying over 7 bracelets from them. The last one I received the sizing was clearly larger and slid around my wrist. I called and they asked for photos to prove what I was saying. I provided those and they said my arm is just thin and the sizing was correct. They battled me back and forth about just sending me the proper size and me returning the large one. They are condescending and rude and didn’t help me as a valued customer. I put an honest review on their Facebook page and they blocked me from the page and refused to help me. Because they are overseas they ca an get away with that type of behavior. They are rude, and I would never recommend to buy anything from them!!
