I emailed customer service and dealt with Joren who was very understanding and helpful. He was concerned about the issue of how it happened and how they would respond to the issue. He sent me their FedEx account. # to send it back to get repaired. I sent it back and the bracelet was returned to me in record time. I am immensely grateful and thankful for their quick service and professionalism of the matter. I tell my friends about the service because service like this should be mentioned. Thank you Joren ,very much, I love my bracelets and wear them everyday. I have had no issues since and really don't expect any. I an on purchasing more in the future.
