“I fitted 2 hb4 120 /120 hb4 to my Lexus fog lights which cost me £50 to get fitted due to mudguard shield removing. I was disappointed with the performance from the bulbs I thought they would have been brighter wish I had picked l e d 's delivery was prompt as usual.jim”

Hi Leslie I'm very sorry to hear your order took a long time to arrive. This is not normal as over 99% of orders are delivered in 2-4 working days on our free service. Please note that we are in the process of moving our delivery to an alternative courier to further improve reliability of delivery. “After ordering two front wiper blades, only one arrived in the post. I contacted customer services and spoke to a very helpful person [James] who apologised and told me he would send the other blade by next day delivery at no extra charge. Sure enough, the second blade arrived the next day. Thank you for rectifying this oversight so promptly!”

“Whilst searching for wipers for my Audi A8, this was the only site I could find that would supply Bosch wipers for my car. Unfortunately, their product selector picked the wrong fitment type, but their customer service was excellent. When you ring, you get through to a real person very quickly and in my case, James found my order, found the right blades and had given me an exchange reference, with a freepost return address in less than 5 minutes. They even put a mini-bag of haribo sweets in with my order, a nice touch. All in all a very good website and, whilst a mistake was made, the exchange process is one of the best I have come across. Would recommend highly”

“Ordered a pair of 207 Ring Premium LED 12v 5w bulbs to fit the roof markers on my caravan. Much brighter than the standard bulbs they are replacing and they stand out much better in daytime driving conditions. Also the usual speedy delivery.”

“I live in a rural darkish area near Dartmoor. Have just fitted H7 Ringmaster Xenon 130 +130% main bulbs to my VW Jetta with amazing results. I can certain recommend these replacement bulbs and would mention it took longer to unpack the bulbs than to actually fit in the car!”
