“It took 3 tries to deliver the correct windscreen wiper! This required myself to make several lengthly phonecalls which I had to pay for(0844 number) Also it required myself to repackage the incorrect wiper with a 15 mile trip to the post office. 2 stars instead of 1 because the people are very pleasant,but their delivery date promises are optimistic!”

“I cannot rate Auto Bulbs Direct any higher. The level of service was superb, polite, friendly. Bulb type was verified as correct, stock levels were validated, bulbs were ordered and arrived, as promised, the next day. A quality company :-)”

“Through nobody's fault, the wrong bulbs were delivered. When I contacted the company, they simply corrected the mistake immediately and sent the new bulbs at no extra cost. Excellent service, well done.”

“I use Autobulbs as I have had good service in the past. Their range is good, the prices reasonable and the delivery quick. This time I had cause to speak to their customer service as one of the blades had a broken fixing. Their response was to ship that day a replacement together with a returns label for the offending item. Problems happen, its how you deal with them that counts. Absolutely brilliant!”
