“Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them. I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance. I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part. It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask. Thanks Autodoc”

“Very pleased that items are supplied as ordered and at a good price. Items aren't quick to arrive - normally about a week for me - but it isn't a problem for me as I haven't been in urgent need for the components.”

“I have ordered a spare part for my Golf and it arrived earlier than expected. Now fitted to the car and everything works well again. Hopefully my baby has many, many years of travel ahead with the new clutch. I also recommend checking with the original part number that the part really fits. Cheers.”

“Autodoc suggested a starter , based my Car Reg Number , which proved incorrect when promptly delivered. A I had to get a locally sourced starte to get the car on the road , They set a prepaid return label for return to Germany, and subsequently refunded my payment by PayPal. Could not fault service, staff were sympathetic and sorted out the return, and I would use again”

“Have used them for a while now, I have to agree that delivery is a bit slow, however great range and normally excellent prices. I have had to return a few items in the past and have always found their service with this excellent, i do always have safe order i admit its about £4 per order but i find it worth it. i probably order of them on a weekly basis, some of the items i buy from them are so much cheaper that its worth me stocking. They are helpful.”

“I ordered a relay and from start to finish it was easy and great communication. The relay arrived in a couple days kept intouch through out I’ve fitted it and great well happy and would definitely recommend and I for one would buy again !! A1”
