“I looked at reviews of Autodoc as I needed 2 rear air bags for my Mercedes E class. MB prices were ridiculous and reviews of the cheap Ebay Chinese bags was not good. So I contacted AUTODOC on “chat”, confirmed the parts I wanted with my vin number and then found if I used the APP the price was better. So after some serious deliberation, I placed an order. That was on a Friday the order was confirmed immediately and I was informed that the next days were rest days. Late on Monday I was informed the parts were picked up by the delivery company. I was able to track the parts and they were delivered on following Monday just 7 working days. They are top class Arnott bags a whole lot cheaper than I can but in the UK. So full marks to AUTODOC delivery from DE to UK if u can wait for the parts it’s definitely worth while.”

“I've asked them for the compatibility of some parts with my Vauxhall. Response was almost immediate. Parts arrived after a week, fitted in my car without any issues. Would use and recommend them to all”

“I have regularly ordered from Autodoc over the last few years. Compatibility check is always a must to ensure the parts will fit my car. The parts are great, high quality and reliable. Considered knocking one star off because the delivery can be painfully slow up to 2 weeks at times (maybe it is just because I am used to next day delivery). However, I tend to order in plenty of time and now I expect the slow delivery it is (slightly) less painful.”
