“Ok, I ordered fog lights for my ford Mondeo. I fully understood from the ordering process that although a co.uk website the parts would be coming from Germany. The price for the parts were competitive and what really took my attention was that the website is really easy compared to others to work through and I could order the fog lights very easily. The parts took 8-9 days to come but that worked fine for me and were delivered very well packaged so not to be damaged. The parts are very good quality. I looked on here only after I had ordered and paid for the fog lights and became very concerned with what I would receive. But CREDIT where CREDIT is due I must say I am very impressed with my service I received. Well done AUTODOC.”

“Fantastic service,rear silencer needed for a smart car,no help whatsoever in Northern Ireland,supply problem in uk Covid19 Auto dock had the part and I had it delivered in an amazing 10days,part perfect and great price Very helpful staff from start to finish,will use auto dock BERLIN again”

“Got a great price on a full set of brembo discs and pads. Online chat was very helpful when I asked them to confirm they were all the correct parts. Delivery did take a bit longer than I hoped but was still only 12 day. Not bad considering the global impact of covid. Looking forward to my next order being delivered now.”

“I ordered my brake kit and some other items, considering the current Covid-19 and the fact the company is based in Berlin Germany, I'm very happy with the 13 day delivery after the order was placed, I was able to track the order daily with the parcelforce tracking number they provided and my items were packed well and of good quality. I Used the Autodoc app which was easy to use and items were discounted. Great service and I will use again as the value for there items are well priced.”

“Ordered part's for my bmw on Friday 1st May. Items were in UK 🇬🇧 by Thursday 7th. Arrived to me on Monday the 11th. All parts correct and good quality. Very impressed especially as during Covid19!”

“I don't see what the issue Is, I've ordered multiple times from autodoc, during covid and outside covid. Yeah, they are taking a bit longer now but still, had my parts on my adress after 8 days, which is still respectable. If you can't wait a couple of days for the parts just go to a garage, pay double and wait "only" four days instead. Keep up good work AutoDoc”

“Received my order within 5 days. After all I understood, that I didn't need some parts I ordered. Made a call. They've asked if the parts were still new. In 3 hours I received instruction and prepaid label. I've sent goods back on same day. Great prices and great service.”

“Was worried after reading the reviews but they were way cheaper than others in the uk , so ordered a £325 worth of parts , tracking was sketchy as it was in german and very sketchy , parts arrived in 7 days is TNT I think , superbly packaged , cant really fault them other than the tracking info . Use paypal and your covered though . I will use them for parts again .”
