“I have ordered from this company on 2 occasions and both times I have been fully satisfied. The prices are very competitive and the items are genuine, good quality brands (often OE/OEM). Delivery was 8 days from ordering on the first occasion and 3 days on the second, which I think is most acceptable. The items I ordered (tensioner, pulleys & fan clutch) are not LHD or RHD specific- some reviewers comment on problems with LHD/RHD items. The tracking website which the company provides with its invoices can sometimes be a little slow at updating but only by a day or so. A bonus, in the present climate, is that the company seems (from my limited experience) only to use cardboard and paper for packing which provides perfectly good protection for the items and avoids the use of plastics.”

“I had to return fuel filter, because my mechanician decided to not change it this time. I completed the form on the website. I thought it will take a lot of I time. Within same day I received email with details about return. Good support service.”

“I have bought several times from Autodoc. Delivery time is little bit longer then I want, but it worth it. I saved a lot money using this company, and if you compare their prices and dealer's you can see a very big difference. To avoid any mistakes, I always check my orders according VIN number with their support team, and till this time nothing wrong heppened. I will recommend it to all my friends.”

“I see a lot of bad reviews here, I disagree. I have been ordering from autodoc for about 2 years now. Stuff like cheap ridex brake pads and rotors all the way to brembo brake pads and rotors. Autodoc is perfect if you know and understand your car. If your car has brake pad wear sensors and you order pads without sensors, than you clearly didnt read the specification. Also engine oil quality and filters are realy good. Last time i received rotors that eere too big in diameter. Imessaged them through the app showing a photo of the original and the one i orderd. They apologized and i got a label from them to send it back, COMPLETELY FREE. And i immediatley received my refund. THEY ARE NOT SCAMMERS AND SELL ORIGINAL PARTS What i would really be careful with are stuff like timing belts, clutch pumps etc These are expensive parts and some are different sizes. I would not order these through autodoc without beeing too sure.”

“I started using AUTODOC Due to the ridiculous hiked prices and lack of aftermarket range at local places like ECP and GSF. I found that AUTODOC had an extensive range and many of them are genuine OEM suppliers such as Bosch. The team asked me to provide VIN number and were very helpful as they did compatibility check which actually really helped as I had placed wrong items in basket they swapped it out for the correct one. I received the items within 10 days and have ordered 4-5 times since my first purchase well packed and correct parts.”
