“I ordered a coolant flange for my vw polo. Saved a ton of money and to say I ordered it on the 31st December and I have had it delivered today on the 9th January from Germany. Brilliant service and correct part for my vehicle. As I knew the part code. I can't understand why so many bad reviews. 5 star service for me. On my first order.”

“I have ordered from this company on 2 occasions and both times I have been fully satisfied. The prices are very competitive and the items are genuine, good quality brands (often OE/OEM). Delivery was 8 days from ordering on the first occasion and 3 days on the second, which I think is most acceptable. The items I ordered (tensioner, pulleys & fan clutch) are not LHD or RHD specific- some reviewers comment on problems with LHD/RHD items. The tracking website which the company provides with its invoices can sometimes be a little slow at updating but only by a day or so. A bonus, in the present climate, is that the company seems (from my limited experience) only to use cardboard and paper for packing which provides perfectly good protection for the items and avoids the use of plastics.”

“I have bought several times from Autodoc. Delivery time is little bit longer then I want, but it worth it. I saved a lot money using this company, and if you compare their prices and dealer's you can see a very big difference. To avoid any mistakes, I always check my orders according VIN number with their support team, and till this time nothing wrong heppened. I will recommend it to all my friends.”
