“When they have a sale unfortunately the discount is off rrp, i find that this is misleading and does not represent a real discount in the market. eg 50% off Monroe shocks for my vw cc rrp around $1400 ? However they do offer some good specials at times. You can call or email them and get a response, that's refreshing.”

“I was impressed with your wide range of arts and consumables. Sadly you promised freight free on orders over $100. but then charged frieght on $130 order taking it to about $170. Can you lz explain this>”

“Good range of products and generally competitive prices on most items. 10 minute click-and-collect for online purchases means 10 minutes after someone has processed the order. I went to the store one hour after I placed the order and the order was yet to be looked at. Thankfully, in-store service was quite good and they arranged for the items to be quickly processed.”

“Store is good, easy to use. I spent almost $1k free shipping would have been nice. There was also a 10% discount offer but when I went through the steps nothing came of it.”

“On-line purchase was nice and easy, no issue finding items I needed at a very good price. The only issue I had was delivery which took 10 days. Not a huge issue on this occasion however if parts were required sooner this would be a consideration.”
