“I have ordered from Automotive Superstore many times previously. Some of those were substantial amounts. This time I ordered a replacement drive belt for my wife’s Yaris. Automotive Superstore had what I needed at a good price ($20) plus postage to my door (another $10). I thought that was pretty good, so I purchased. However, my credit card got those charges, plus an additional 2 x $1 charges (separate entries, both for $1). It’s not the dollar value. I object to the principle. This was over a week ago, and they are still there. So I’m done with making any new purchases from Automotive Superstore! Lost my trust.”

“Very clumsy, badly written software. I have multiple cars but switching between and adding cars was very difficult. Also, descriptions for product viried between the short and long descriptions. All in all very poor with a complete lack of testing. I tried to call and was not able to get through. If it is not fixed it will be the last time I use your system.”
