“About one hour after placing an online order and paying for it via PayPal I discovered I had the exact same item sitting forgotten in my shed. I immediately rang Automotive Superstore and explained the situation to them and asked if I could cancel the order. They said "no worries leave it with us" . A couple of hours Iater I checked my bank account and the payment had been refunded and the order was canceled. Full marks to AUTOMOTIVE SUPERSTORE ( and PayPal )”

“Kenwood DMX7022S. Don't like when you're not happy with a product you've purchase. They make every effort to make you feel incompetent by asking questions that make you feel stupid. The stereo I purchased did not sound right and definitely has some issues with it but I accidentally made a few marks on the chassis installing and removing it so I'm stuck with a $395 stereo I'll never use. Automotive Superstore will willingly take your money but when it comes to having an issue with their products, they discredit your judgement and make it so difficult to get a resolution. Will never buy anything from you again.”

“Ordered a roof platform a week ago, hasn’t been dispatched yet and can’t get in contact with a representative to find out an estimate dispatch date. I’d actually like to just cancel my order and purchase from somewhere else.”

“Good support but found the discount offer confusing. They advertise a 10% discount but it is capped > Discount (EDM - Welcome 10% OFF ($25 Cap)) After raising the concern with their support team, they rectified the issue. They also supplied extremely fast delivery...well done !”

“While my experience with the Store has been very cordial, I need to draw attention to a couple of issues. 1. Radiator ordered did not come with a Cap which is normal but not known to average purchaser. Had to organise a separate purchase which caused some delays with fitment. 2. Likewise, the Store had only 5 of 9 hoses required for radiator replacement. Caused a major delay when Garage had to source the missing hoses. I was not aware of the need for the additional hoses.”

“sent out the item fairly quickly, just need a tad more communication, as I got no email saying "item purchased" etc etc so I didn't know if there was a error or something. But the man replied back to my email with my receipt of purchase and then all was good!”
