“Waited 5days for a cheap Engine mount.i do not believe this was a Mackay product as advertised. Was not hydraulic, just had a rubber bush type mount.i have just replaced the exact same mount i replaced 6 months ago.with the same cheap garbage.”

“There were two options for shipping and I chose the most expensive option, thinking it must be Express Post. But I have, since, been informed that I selected regular Parcel Post. I'm extremely disappointed that Express Post was not an option! Moreover, it took 30 hours for someone to respond to my enquiry!”

“These guys are crooks. I buy a fuse box online. After the purchase and payment, I get a message to say they can't supply the item, but I can have store credit for the money I paid. These guys advertised and sold something they don't have. That is false advertising and is fraud. I want a refund. Not store credit. Fair trading are the next people I write too.”

“Unfortunately the after market Taillight for my 2010 Kia Sorrento did not have the same internal fittings and was not compatible even though the website showed it was. Hopefully i can get a refund or a swap”
