“I ordered my parts (2 small Raceworks fittings) 2 weeks ago and they have still not arrived. I was charged $15 postage and handling on $15 parts. I have had parts delivered from America within 8 days. I understand shipping is beyond your control but I ordered the same parts from another supplier and had them within 3 days, and they were cheaper. I frequently order large and bulky parts for my company out of Sydney and often get them within 48hrs. This will be my first and last order with your company.”

“The availability is the only reason I purchased from AS. The hidden tax and freight cost are a deceptive way to entice buyers. It would save a lot of time if the full price was advertised instead of finding out about the tax at checkout. Putting a $13 freight cost on an item such as a plastic slave cylinder is outrageous. The same item ships from overseas at the same cost. I try to purchase parts in Australia but if the freight and tax are similar or less I'll get parts from overseas.”

“I had asked if the driving light mounts were in stock and was told they were. So I went ahead and ordered them, but had now been over a month and still haven’t seen them. I continue to ask of their whereabouts and only keep getting told that they will get in contact with the warehouse, and that is all I know unless I email them again, which I will be told the same thing again and be left wondering. Very poor costumer service.”
