Incredible proce and fantastic service. We managed to buy 2 Thinkware dashcams for $1,380 when SCA were advertising the exact same product on special for $1,029 EACH! Ordered on line (with our $25 first time buyer additional discount thank you very much). We were kept up to date with tracking our package and they were at our door within 3 days very nicely packaged and ready to be installed. Couldn't have asked for a better price, better service or buying experience. Exceptional.

Purchased Bendix Euro brake pads. Arrived promptly but did not have the part number l ordered on the bendix box. Reached out to customer service, and they confirmed correct product with only a partial product code on the box. Unusual for Bendix but perhaps something to do with the Euro line.

I asked the customer service in Castlehills about where can I click and collect today , in which of your stores you have availability, but she told me I don't know, if you want you order here we don't have available in our store, you can collect in 3 days. She was not helpful at all!!!

On June 18, I ordered on the website, seeeing that it says 1-3 day dispatch. I understand things might not be in stock, but an automated response saying it will be over a week to dispatch would have been great. I called multiple times, but I was on hold for 25 minutes, and after 25 minutes, it disconnects you. I ended up emailing saying I was going to get a refund through PayPal because I couldn't get through and I was unsure if your company was a scam site. Someone responded which was great. When I received my order 9 days later (27th), I had an empty box in the packaging for one tool, and the other tool was on backorder. I understand backorders happen, but an automated response would have been great. I still don't know when the backorder is going to be sent to me. I called about the empty box, and they have the packing station on video for things like this. That is awesome, so they sent me an email and asked me to reply with the photos. I did that on Thursday, but then I was not told how long it would take to determine if it a decision will be made. I am annoyed, but not with the delays, it is the communication. If I had things communicated to me, I could have let the person know that their order would be delayed. At the moment, it is my reputation that is being tarnished because of poor communication, and I still don't have any idea what is going on. It can be fixed with an automated system to send out emails. Hopefully this gets sent to someone and not posted on the website, because the email said it gets sent to your team to improve.. If this gets posted to the website, let me know and I'll remove it.

I am unable to rate this product out of "5" as it is very hard to rate or review a product that was ordered back on 31/5/24 as being availabe and ready to ship in 1-3 days, and still is to this very day, only to find out a week later that it won't be available until the end of July. When and if I receive this item I would be more than happy to leave a review but in the meantime I am still waiting.
