“I find texting one of your staff members very helpful. When I contacted you by phone, it was very easy to place my order, payment was easy as well and I received my invoice and all numbers. “I have already sent a review, but i will do it again. Support and communication were good. My issue in the amount that was refunded - $81.55. I did a calculation on your site and the goods that i received were $69.59 which included GST and freight. Therefore, the refund should have been $105.15 ($174.74 - $69.59). You have not taken into account the extra GST and freight charged on the purchase. I did not receive the goods that I ordered and therefore have not enjoyed the original value of my purchase. The mistake is yours, and you should honor the refund I have requested.”
