Esay to navigate website, real live human (at the business, not a call centre) answering my telephone inquiry on fitment, order confitmation followed quickly after purchase. Part 1 was *****, hope they're as great on fulfilmemt and logistics part 2 !

I've purchased a Kenwood head unit and there are two important points to feedback on. First was the price; I got a great deal which was significantly better than other online or instore competitors including large chains like autobahn who had the same unit on sale but not as much as a saving as I got with Automotive Superstore. The second and of most value to me, was the high quality, clear and honest demo/product video about the unit. It was still a large spend despite the discount, but the way the product demo was handled, including the honest comparisons of models above and below the one being reviewed, gave a great deal of consumer confidence. I made the purchase because of that. Prompt processing of the order and free shipping (ordered last night, and shipped today) have made it all a 5 star experince (including still getting a further discount by signing up). I'm looking forward to getting the unit, but I wish all my online purchases were of this standard. This is a genuine review from someone who rarely writes them. Nice work AS!

Have instock items that shoild be availble in Alice Springs (locally ) Have to purchase on line to allow service on HSV / Jackaroo. ---- Waiting on shipping details so I can finish work on my vehicles hopefully by 20 September 2024

Although the store has a good range of products. I’m certain that items that say in stock are in fact not in stock. I ordered a clutch kit that said in stock. It took a week to dispatch. Now the courier company are saying a week and a half delivery. I was hoping to have the kit in less than two and a half weeks to actually do the job. I could have gone to auto barn and got them to price match and had the kit within a couple of days. Lesson learnt.
