“I find texting one of your staff members very helpful. When I contacted you by phone, it was very easy to place my order, payment was easy as well and I received my invoice and all numbers. I'm just waiting to hear back from use with the conformation you have received my order for use to send my order and my tracking number for Australia post otherwise great I will in time will definitely ordering again thankyou kind regards Allen”

“I have already sent a review, but i will do it again. Support and communication were good. My issue in the amount that was refunded - $81.55. I did a calculation on your site and the goods that i received were $69.59 which included GST and freight. Therefore, the refund should have been $105.15 ($174.74 - $69.59). You have not taken into account the extra GST and freight charged on the purchase. I did not receive the goods that I ordered and therefore have not enjoyed the original value of my purchase. The mistake is yours, and you should honor the refund I have requested.”

“This is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I placed an order, paid in full, and never received my products. They completely ignored all my messages and made zero effort to fix the issue. This is not just bad service — it’s a scam. Do NOT waste your money here. They are dishonest and should not be trusted under any circumstance. Stay away from this company!”

“Used to have a bit of a problem with their online ordering system but now that seems to be working really well . Mainly when you paid by PayPal.. At the moment it’s really easy to order & pickup from the store. Well done!”
