“I ordered 1 grill and 2 corner lenses for a 2000 rodeo on the 7/11/24. I used automotive superstore as it's only 1hr40mins from home. Fast forward to now 27/11/24 I still haven't received my order I called on the 21/11/24 and was told they were waiting for the left lense and that they would send the grill and right hand lense as part order I asked would it be express posted to which they said more then likely no. They also said that they would get back to me and let me know what's happening and so far they have not been in touch. I again reached out to them today to find out what was happening with my order as I have not received any information on my order since 21/11/24 and again they did not know and I was told that they will call me back when they know something to which I'm still waiting I will never use them for anything again . I think it's ridiculous that the store is 1hr40mins away and it's been near 3 weeks and nobody can tell me what's going”

“Ordered 2 weeks ago and they didn’t even post it yet. First time I contacted them, they said it will be posted same day. A week later they promissed someone will contact me same day and resolve issue, didn’t happen… Will never buy from them again.”
