“I had to initiate an enquiry as to why parts had not shown up after nearly 2 weeks. I was then told after multiple emails that the supplier had to stock and no ETA. Communication was poor due to the fact that no stock from the supplier would have been known atleast a week prior to my enquiry, this was not passed on. If I had not made an enquiry I would have been still waiting for parts that were destined to never arrive. Pretty poor form.”

“Ordered brake rotors, and the website clearly stated it would fit my car. The mechanic was not able to install them, they were the wrong part. I lodged a request through their form, and it took a week for someone to respond, after i tried calling the hotline and then texted the number it listed. I was then told the website said he had fitment notes. This was not the case when I ordered the parts, I am sceptical that they changed the website to update the fitment between the two parts, which still say they fit my vehicle. They have not provided me with return instructions or shipping details, and said it will be at my expense. I will never shop here again!”

“This is my first purchase. They had a pump for my Mercedes which I ordered click & collect because they are in Castle Hill. Otherwise I am waiting 3 weeks from Mercedes in Germany and more expensive.”
