“The item listed on Automotive superstore was fit for my vehicle but it doesn’t fit in my vehicle. Its waste of fuel going there. Did 3 trips. First to get the battery in store. Informed you need to place an order online. Did order online and went to collect the order again. Battery’s doesn’t fit in the car. Came back to return the item. What a waste of time and money.”

“Placed an order for collection from Meadowbrook, Qld on May 31st. Order # 101035095. Website displayed dispatch of 1-3 days. Follow up text sent to enquire about delay. Currently waiting 9 days (7 business days) and still not available for collection. Site might be a few dollars cheaper than Repco or Supercheap etc, but not worth the hassle. Will not be recommending this site to friends or family.”

“I was looking for motorcycle engine oil, Automotive Superstore had the item in stock at a good price. An added bonus was the oil was available for Click & Collect from the Castle Hill store the next working day - ordered over the weekend and available to pick up early afternoon on Monday. Great work, thank you”

“I messaged Automotive Superstore as I wasn’t confident that I would have ordered the correct Audio for me 2012 VE Holden Commodore Ute. Mikko responded very quickly to ask more questions and for photos of the interior of the car. Within 24 hours Mikko came back to me with all the required information that I needed for the perfect installation of a new audio system upgrade. I then proceeded to use the online app to purchase the audio and am now awaiting delivery. If you’re looking for real customer service I highly recommend Automotive Superstore. If you’re lucky enough, like I was to get Mikko you’re in great hands”
