“Ground Zero 10 inch mid woofer. Product arrived nicely packaged and ahead of time. When I unboxed it the speaker itself looked fine. I went to use it for a template but I realised the box was broken. It turns out, the box used to support the speaker on its journey was not even the right size for the speaker and had just been jammed in. It isn't easy to make a template, well it is, but it's time consuming and not all ten inch speakers are the same fit. The info in the booklet was very scant on details. But it's in my car now hooked up to a ground zero mini 2 amp, with bandpass filter and it sounds mint bridging the gap between subwoofer and the rest of the stereo. Would have given 5 stars but for the packaging.”

“I bought a drive shaft for 363.75 bucks, delivered with Team Global Express. I receive the item with delay plus in very bad conditions. The box was broken and few parts of the shaft were twisted, as shown in the pictures. I ask for a replacement, in order to receive a new shaft, with a different delivery company at the Automotive Superstore own expenses. What I receive today, with the same delivery company, Team Global Express, exactly the same broken box, with the same shaft received the first time, but fixed very badly, as shown in the next pictures. I'm very upset about the service, and I don't recommend it at all. It's two months now that I'm waiting to fix the car. Today I find myself with a broken shaft, time and money waste. Hope this situation will come to a solution as soon as possible.”

“G'day fanastic online service, the site is well laid out, easy to search and use. Very quick delivery of products, during the December holiday the general expectation is that delivery will be after the holidays, however, recieved all items during the December holidays. The parts delivery tracking system is on the ball. every step from the purchase, order confirmation to delivery I received notification where my order was at.
