“It was easy to find just what my wife wanted to upgrade the stereo in her car. The “bundle” offer helped ensure that everything required was compatible and going to be delivered at the same time. Their pricing was either comparable or cheaper than the other sites we visited.”

“I ordered some LED bulbs from them. Incorrect ones were sent. When contacted they said it was incorrectly labelled on their website. All fine and dandy but their returns process and general attitude sucks. You have to use their cumbersome returns system. Email after email. Then waste your time taking stuff to Aussie Post. Personally, I'll never use them again. Could not care less about their customers, at least in my experience. You'd think that if it was 100% their fault they'd give a heck but they just don't.”

“Lot of products to chose from. Only issue I have is sometimes the website can be a be annoying to use. Deleting letters when trying to use the search bar. I am using the website on my phone, if that helps. Not filtering parts for the specific vehicle chosen. Trying to see what accessories I can find for certain vehicles, but when I click it, it shows it for all vehicles.”
