You promised to send home insurance by post I've still not received it even after my telephone call to you this insurance was taken out at the beginning of October

Confirm your Policy and state that no further documents are required, then send emails 12 days later stating they require X,Y and Z, cancle policy because you do not reply and demand a £50 cancelation fee.

Recently purchased 2020/2021 motor insurance from this company, on line. They immediately deducted the (Confused.com) quoted premium from my credit card although the policy was not due to start for a further ten days. They then wrote to me disagreeing with some of the (previous claims) information I had provided and told me they intended to add £209 to the quoted premium stating that if I wished to withdraw my application for insurance they would charge a cancellation fee withdrawal fee of £25 from a refund of the premium already paid by me.

(!!!!!). it stinks, I been driving since march 1981. cars vans trucks and buses, plus boats and ships. Yet they count time i had this car (a year) but apart from six journeys on temporary insurance so So i am on no years claims bonus. I have two others cars more valuable, more expensive on spares but reasonably well looked after. This modern method insure the cars not the driver So they can rob us. IT STINK..., you asked !!!! .

Wasn’t a good start, I had a claim pending with a previous insurer which I cancelled to keep the price the same then they asked me for an additional £300 even though I had cancelled the claim, I had hit a tree that had fallen down not anyone else. Scammers

I’m not happy as I did email yesterday to say I no longer needed the insurance; I have informed you before that I no longer have the vehicle and have not had it for over a year , can you please get this sorted

Rip off - 100% failure on customer service. difficult to get on telephone -old COVID 19 excuse etc. Wanted to charge double when they discovered my wife as a named driver had to claim on her own insurance with an incident she was not even driving or in the car (Car parked at work and someone collided with it) no fault claim. Question asked on intermediate website is ' have you or any named drivers caused a claim in the last three years' so I had not lied or hid any information from them - Shocking experience overall.

As posted on Trustpilot and replied to by Annabel. Policy No 2037LS24227 Ref No 2841427/3/rEA/MBIL My wife Janette Poyner rang to cancel the insurance on our VW Golf, due to her being allowed back on the Motability scheme. They told her the underwriters would be giving back £186.35p and we would get back £106.40p due to a cancellation fee of £79.95p. When she queried the cancellation fee she was told it would be in the t&c's. So for an insurance that was taken out in mid July and cancelled early November we have lost over £200 for 3 1/2 months insurance. Scandalous.

Avoid at all cost. Changed my quoted price and now want money to cancel policy. Can't get hold of anyone to sort it. Do not use these

One of the worst car insurance companies that I have ever dealt with in 35 years. They increase the premium without explanation and do so out with the 14 day cancellation period. They also fail to answer emails. Tried to call to cancel and was put on hold for 20 mins, eventually they called back and was to it would cost £80 to cancel. I hate to think what they would be like if I had to make a claim

If you are a non-white or have an ethnic name avoid Autonet. Twenty years of safe driving never had any claim or problem with any car insurance, Autonet investigated me like a criminal. It was a big mistake to go with them. They wanted scan copy of everything, DVLA record even my MOT certificates etc, you name it they asked for it. I could not cancel as it was passed the 14 days cancellation period. After renewal, I discovered they reduced my NCB by 7 years, after extensive enquiries they admit making a mistake with no apologies. Imagine reducing your NCB by seven years for no reason and no apology. Avoid Avoid Avoid

Can’t get through on the telephone, once past the lengthy answering service they connect call and cut you off...several times over several days. And they don’t answer email Messages either. Almost had my policy cancelled by them as they didn’t process the information I sent them as requested. Never again!

Never ever take a policy from this bogus insurance company. In this 21st century, without sending an email, communicated via post letters (they say), however, we haven't received any letters. They cancelled the policy, without even contacting us, and very conveniently deducted 268 pounds. This is not professional behaviour before the policy is cancelled, they should make sure that the customer is informed. I am totally gutted at such irresponsible behaviour. This is not acceptable.

AVOID and Stay Clear! Customer service is abysmal. Part way into my cover, wanted to purchase a BMW X5, told they could not cover this vehicle as their underwriters did not insure X5's, not exactly an exotic sports car is it! Purchased a Bmw 320D instead had to pay a further £179, which I did, but only due to the poor service cancelled my policy less than a week later, they not only retained the full £179 but most of my money paid to date- issued a complaint, weeks later no response, chased today, told by their live chat do not deal with complaints- someone will be in contact, clearly they are holding onto funds due back to me- AVOID- go with a viable insurance company, these insurance brokers will rob every penny possible if you have to cancel down the policy!!

AVOID this company. Took out insurance with them online and immediately received an email asking for a further £15 admin charge. Phoned them and after about half an hour on hold got through to someone who I couldn’t get a sensible answer from. I emailed telling them I was disputing the admin charge and today they’ve gone ahead and simply helped themselves and have billed my card. AVOID this violent at all costs - pay a little extra and go somewhere reputable. Dread to think what they must be like to try and claim from. AVOID!
