After being a customer with Aviva for a few years I found myself running up against a little bit of financial difficulties. I gave a Viva half of the payment I owed and informed them that they would be getting the next half 3 days later when I got paid. I gave them the first half of the payment on the day the payment was due to avoid trouble. Aviva took the first half of the paymen,t did not put it towards my account and immediately closed my account and told me that I owed double and immediately sent it to collections who raise the rate up to $3,000. Aviva is the most corrupt, fraudulent, criminal insurance company I have ever experienced. If you're not fantastically Rich you're not a person you're not a human you're not anything to them do not use Aviva do not do business with Aviva do not be a customer of Aviva stay away from Aviva they are actual criminals.

I have building’s insurance by Aviva, the whole process has been a total nightmare, new customers beware DONT EVEN CONSIDER INSURING IF YOU ARE LEFT HOMELESS AFTER INSURING WITH AVIVA. AVIVA WILL ENJOY CONTINUING TO ADD TO YOUR WORRIES BY GIVING YOU A COUPLE OF HOURS NOTICE THAT THE HOTEL NO LONGER HAVE ROOM FOR YOU. Telephone Aviva they say they are going to put you on Hold but GUESS WHAT, YES THEY “CuT YOU OFF”. So yes we call back again to be told after requesting to speak to a manager that it is a 24 hour call back so I think one is meant to sleep in the doorway. Now I have to ask WHY do I deserve this kind of treatment after religiously paying my insurance regularly, as I am typing this review I have called them back yet again and yes you guessed correctly after 18 minutes I am still on hold. So anybody thinking of taking out household insurance read reviews first and save yourselves a lot of heartache

Claimed my pension December 2022, April 2023 still waiting for it, what do they think I'm living on. Customer services couldnt care less, 7 calls, 3 letters and not a single helpful response.

I have been trying for 4 days to get through. Have logged in via email no joy also been on hold on the phone 4 times between 45 mins to an hour listening to that dreadful music. I have just retired and have had a triple heart bypass operation desperately need to cash in my pension . It always seems when they are looking for money they are never off the phone or you get bombarded with emails . AVIVA look after your client base .

Very distressing afternoon trying to contact re my car insurance. Ended up cancelling policy & now have no car insurance rather than mess around with this 2nd rate company. Will not ever touch this company again, shocking service

I’ve been on the phone I’ve an hour now just to make a simple dental claim on my company health policy. What is the point in having AVIVA with such abysmal device?

I have an ongoing health claim. I have now made 8 calls and only one of them has been answered. Just awful on hold music. I sent them an email 2 days ago and no reply to that either..... Awful service when I already have a health problem!

Don't buy as this company is not good any more with stupid chatbot machine they are not expecting 7 years No claims bonus because it was for business and they are not responding to your request for call or online chat worst thing about this scam company is they will charge you a 28 pounds cancellation fees if even you are going to cancel your policy within 7 days

I've been trying to draw down some money from my Aviva pension for over 2 weeks. In total I've been on the phone for over 7 hours and not got through. I also booked 5 call backs which never happened. If your company has a pension scheme with Aviva do yourself a favour and set up your own private pension with anyone else. No company can be as bad as these shysters.

as previous people have said I am also unable to get reply at Aviva pensions, 2 seperate days, 4 phone calls, brainwashed by music I can now play by ear, and two hours twenty of my life wasted. For a company this size you expect and should get a lot better service

Wow i have been trying to call the pension line for 3 days now i call at 8.am 6pm whatever time you call you have to wait at least 45 mins to 1 hour for some one to pick the phone up when i finally got through and said to the man who answered that i had been waiting 1 hour he totally ignored my comment today is Friday 3rd March 2023 i have been holding from 8.30 and the time is 9.17am i just want to know with draw my pension from Aviva as this is not the 1st time that this happend

Ditto. After 2 attempts - both spent half an hour of my life listening to mind numbing muzak before I had had enough and put the phone down. Online registration did not work either. |Tried My Aviva - 500 Error 'Sorry, but the page you're looking for isn't available at the moment, please try later.' Wonderful.

I had multi car insurance for several years with Aviva, I was hit by a lorry in September 2021 and the service I received from Aviva after years of being a loyal customer was appalling. Eventually the claim was settled as non fault and over 18 months later I still haven't had my £250 excess refunded even though they have recouped all their costs. I have chased their solicitors up several times only to be told that they've requested documents from Aviva. We are now looking into contacting the financial ombudsman due to the stress and frustration this is causing. They are quick to take your policy money but awful when a claim is made. Have now gone to an alternative provider and will never return.

OMBUDSMAN I need your real support please I am disgusted by the humiliation I was able to receive from these Well different companies the first aviva insurance the second DEVITT INSURANCE and the third Markerstudy. Britain is a country of corrupt people, a country of drug addicts, a country where people don't care about anything! Than to take your money without getting involved. They humiliate you on your money, wipe us from the earth, mentally wherever they can, people make fun of us. OMBUDSMAN I respectfully request you, at least I have hope if you are and are part of the Ombudsman of Great Britain, at least in you we have the hope to bring things to light, even if there are possibly the three companies named above and you have you can use the power and fine for these abuses, which must be stopped!!! I came to the UK on 2nd November 2018 and legally live at WROTHAM ROAD, GRAVESEND KENT . I am a construction worker in the UK on heavy machinery. I bought from A2 Motorcycles 50 Singlewell Rd Gravesend DA11 7PW I bought a brand new Yamada Delight red 125cc scooter with the scooter was bought in 3 installments the first time was 2000 then 400 and then 600 pounds. The actual total amount of the shake is £2900. on March 21, 2022, I entered into a comprehensive insurance policy with Devitt Insurance Services North House, St Edwards Way, Romford RM1 3PP, phone 0344 225 1349. My insurance per month was £46.28. On June 20, 2022 at 6:46 am, I had an accident with a driver not giving priority, I tried to avoid him and he hit me on the ground, damaging my scooter. The driver's name is Stelian Mărginean Who is insured by Aviva. I had a chat with someone called Heather Stokes • heather.stokes@aviva.com, Heather Stokes Third party Claims Handler|Aviva Motor Claims UKGI T: +44 (0) 345 302 8398 Heather.stokes@aviva.com | www.aviva.com in which I reported £3000 to my insurance as I started to invest money in the quality of the scooter. Heather Stokes from June 20, 2022 to date February 17, 2023 lied vehemently When she would pay and in reality she paid absolutely nothing and they took the blame and responsibility when they would pay for the scooter and in reality absolutely nothing happened. with another negotiation company 4TH DIMENSION they tried to give me a valuation of £2,470 of course I refused it. What is the reason why I refused the amount? My scooter had 836 miles or so on the used board. My scooter was new, give me all the money from the scooter and what I invested. Markerstudy who is my insurance broker I have had numerous calls with you guys and they stated that Aviva insurance blocked the money on my scooter the sum of 3000 pounds. Broker Markerstudy was overcome to pay my money from the scooter because aviva intentionally blocked my money from the scooter again to humiliate me. insurance at Viva sent me two circles twice totaling £1482 which was returned by Special Delivery and signature. Markerstudy broker If I noticed they are over the top and being lied to over the phone and not getting involved by putting pressure on Aviva insurance for 8 months has done absolutely nothing I have asked them to quit as they are incompetent or corrupt to give them i say so!!! Broker Markerstudy sent me two CECs for £75 compensation and I told them my life is not for sale, I am not for sale, after all the mental and physical suffering I have had from the insurance. First of all, they knocked me to the ground and humiliated me, they wiped my insurance with me like a cloth on the floor as one wipes the toilet, with which I signed the Devitt Insurance police and I called them and they are only interested in the money without working in front of the customers. When it comes to money, he takes it in seconds! When it comes to giving or getting involved in any work, they are out of touch with reality!

Tried paying for my renewal but the automated payment line kept dropping out. Telephoned again and was told their was a problem their end and I would receive a call back within 48 hours. No call back received. Telephoned again and was told their system had a glitch. Not to worry I would receive a call back and that as the fault was their end, I was still insured and they would make a note on my policy. Another phone call made and after 28 mins and 35 seconds was informed my policy had lapsed and the premium had gone up. Whilst waiting g in that 28 mins 35 seconds, found a cheaper deal elsewhere. Will never go back to aviva. And hope that a payment for premium did not go out on their automated payment line before the calls dropped out.
