What impressed me most about Mrs. Olivia and her team was their process. As someone from a tech background, I appreciated their systematic, data-driven approach to asset tracing and recovery. Mrs. Olivia and her team utilized digital forensics, IP tracking, and third-party platforms to track my crypto transactions. No fluff—just clean, structured communication backed by visible progress. The experience felt more like working with a specialist cyber unit than a customer service department. Highly recommended for tech-minded individuals who value process and accountability.

I can’t thank Mr. Tony and his team enough! When I lost access to my funds, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. From our first conversation, they made me feel supported and reassured. They took care of everything, explaining each step along the way. Thanks to their hard work, I was able to recover my money. It was such a relief to have them on my side. Highly recommended!

What stood out most to me about Mrs. Olivia and her team was their meticulous process. Coming from a tech background, I really appreciated their data-driven, systematic approach to asset recovery. They used digital forensics, IP tracking, and third-party tools to trace my crypto transactions. There was no vague talk—just clear, structured communication backed by real progress. It honestly felt more like working with a dedicated cyber unit than a regular customer service team. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who values precision, accountability, and a tech-savvy approach.

Don't Pension with Aviva. Difficult to Transfer Out. I have pension with Aviva, and initiated a transfer out more than a month ago and the process is still not completed by Aviva. I followed up with multiple emails and heard no updates from Aviva. I called multiple times and customer service was not able to help. This is very bad experience for anyone who needs to transfer pension.

Absolutely awful experience with Aviva Zero for my car insurance. So much so that after investigation by the Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd, I was awarded an amount in compensation for the appalling service received. This money was to be credited to my account by today, 27th May 2025. Unsurprisingly, this has not happened and the matter will be escalated further. If anyone reading this has an issue with Aviva, contact the Financial Ombudsman Service Ltd.

Very disappointed with how my case has been handled by Aviva. After disclosing hospital tests — including an ECG — during a policy application with their appointed broker Reassured, Aviva later voided my critical illness cover, claiming non-disclosure. I was transparent in the call and even authorised them to contact my GP. But instead of reviewing that, they blamed me for a broker error: the broker recorded a “no” where it should have been a “yes”. Aviva’s own review acknowledged I did not act dishonestly, yet they continue to deny the claim and cancel the policy. Worse, they’ve refused to accept liability for the broker acting on their behalf — even though that broker was the one submitting the answers to Aviva. This isn’t about a misunderstanding anymore — it’s about accountability. Customers shouldn’t be penalised for things outside their control when they’ve done their part to disclose in good faith. Would strongly caution others to be careful when dealing with intermediaries and to double-check everything that’s submitted — especially when the insurer won’t. #InsuranceFairness #Aviva #Reassured #CriticalIllness #CustomerRights #Accountability

We have had Aviva building insurance for many years and made our first claim last year. Now after a long wait we have been told that we are not covered for the storm damage to "flat roofs" as they have to be replaced after 8 years. I argued my point that the internal damage is water damage and is covered under the policy, I was told that the interna roof was also worn due to age (figure that one out) and that is also not covered. There is nothing in the policy that mentions age of internal or external roof age, but it comes into play when there is an issue, be careful when taking insurance with Aviva and ask any and all questions regarding coverage, and age.

I lost all my savings within a week and couldn’t withdraw any funds. I reported the issue to Dizette.com, and I was finally able to access my money. It was a stressful and difficult experience

Terrible company. They wouldn’t pay out on a life insurance. They make you give permission to access medical records and then use any reason to not pay out. No compassion from incompetent staff. The claim dragged on for nearly a year before the outcome. Don't use in my opinion.

Aviva account online car insurance is woeful. From a terrible app and website that never updates making a reg change impossible. To an terrible chat bot system and if you actually get to online chat staff they are dim and slow. God forbid you actually have to make a claim .

Unable to talk to anyone about renewal. Have a ‘take it or leave it’ policy. Only call centre is claims however when I tried to talk to someone I spent 5 minutes going through the options then they hung up on me, three times in a row. Had to do it all online. No updates on claim process. When I finally cancelled, they had the cheek to offer me a £10 discount. My new quote is almost £100 cheaper.

Aviva denied my insurance on a new car that I bought. I was forced to cancel my policy. I was refunded on the last couple of weeks of my insurance, however having to pay a cancellation fee of 56 pound left me with +£5.06 return to my account. - that was fine and made sense. Left the company and I got a new policy with another insurance. 2 weeks later aviva have charged me £107. I rung up and was told very rudely that if you cancel before 10 (working) days of your next month’s start date, they will charge you anyway. This wasn’t stated in any email to me. Absolutely furious. What a slippery company to be charging me a month’s insurance because I had cancelled my policy within 10 working days. I had cancelled it 12 days before the next one. Absolutely disgusting.

My last name is 2 words. Aviva cannot deal with a 2 word name, so keep calling me by the wrong name. This doesn't offend me, I am not upset about it... but as it is 2025, I find this pathetic and I'd rather take my business to a proper grown-up company than suffer being called the wrong name as a matter of process in order to accommodate someone else's inadequacy. Additionally there seems to be no way to talk to anyone at Aviva about this, so here I am. At least I know now before I have a more urgent need of customer support.
