“Aviva is a scam insurance. If you can live them, do it as quickly as possible. They said I was involved in car accident, while I wasn't. Then they closed my case with short note: non fault. It's allowed use NDC but mean I was involved in car accident just not my fault and it will effect my premium. What a,scam. Shame Aviva. How to trust insurance whom against own customers instead of protecting them.”

“I have contents insurance with them, about to become had. I have been paying them for years, no claims. The minute I had an accidental loss after filling the claim online they call and treat me like a criminal. Then again like a criminal. Eventually the claim moved on to a specialist who was nice. Now they said they won't pay because they are not sure I was the owner of my own ring. Despicable company. I will cancel today and follow all legal routes. Avoid!!”

“Awful that my mother in law has been paying these people for 10 years and when she finally needs them stranded in London il at 87 we have been sent in circles with phone calls and robots and cut off after a 20 minute wait. Anyone thinking of using aviva for healthcare think again. Or take their mental health care out because you’ll need it after a day of trying to get what you pay for - jumping the queue hassle free healthcare”

“Absolutely terrible company my pension was supposed to be in my bank account on the 1st of November 2024. They keep telling my 7-10 days it will be in your account it’s December the 11th still nothing! Now I’ve had more lies, the money needs to be re calculated! What a load of rubbish nonsense! Just give me my money! Not possibly but Definitely the worst company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. Stay well away people! Absolutely shocking I’m so angry! Customer service is a joke ! To stay away people I have warned you”
