0 stars. Awful customer service. Unable to contact them via email or phone, both saying invalid. Returned an item 4 weeks ago, no update or refund. No way to contact. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!!

If I could have given 0 stars I would have. It took a month for my item to be delivered and when it did I had to pay custom charges despite it saying on the website that ROI customers do not need to. I submitted 4 tickets to customer service and did not receive any replies to the first 2. I am still waiting for the issue to be rectified. I have returned the item as it was unsuitable and am still waiting for a refund. I won't hold my breath. I am reporting them to Trading Standards. No one should have to have this much of a fight to get their money returned to them.

£3.95 to deliver to you...plus the returns cost...Do not use this company!! Returns cost is disgusting. I paid my own return via the post office and they still deduted £4.50 return cost and £2.50 processing charge as i didnt use the pre paid label! A total of £10.95 for a dress i didnt keep!!

The worst customer service ever, you can only speak to them via email and they do not even respond to this. I have tried messaging on all platforms and no replies since April 2022. They take your money, give you damaged items and they are very unethical in their services, I will never ever order from them and have warned others of this. I am STILL waiting for a refund.

Non-existent customer service. I returned my items on 5th August and they were delivered on 8th August. I was asked to wait 15 working days for my refund. I did. But despite 3 chase emails I have heard nothing. I have even resorted to messaging them on Messenger and Instagram and again heard nothing. At this extremely financial difficult time for their customers where is AX Paris’ accountability for processing refunds and responding to customer queries. Absolutely shocking customer service and I WILL NOT be using them again!!

Shocking customer service! I returned the items on 1st August which they received on 5th August (tracked royal mail). They said to wait 15 working days for the refund - had no refund at all. Trying in vain to contact them but they NEVER respond to the emails!! No telephone number or any other means of contacting the company. I would strongly advise people NOT to buy from this company unless you are 100% such you will keep their products.

To order and return 1 dress has cost me £8.90 with AX Paris. £3.95 delivery which I was aware of, however there is an additional £4.95 return fee - despite the guise that they are sending you a free return label. They take this charge off your credit. RIPPED OFF!!! The dress was also horrific, like something out of a fancy dress box!

AX Paris is a fraudulent business and I am certain that they will get closed down. The customer service team are APPALLING and I believe this is all intentional so that they can STEAL people’s money. New buyers should really read the reviews and shop else where. There are plenty of fast fashion suppliers elsewhere. If you choose to ignore everyone’s reviews/warning, then you are essentially supporting criminals. Good luck with that in life Everyone seems to have the same returns problem: they are either issuing gift cards incorrectly or not processing returns at all. Someone explain how this is not daylight robbery? Absolutely terrible. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Do not buy from AX Paris. Customer service is awful, dresses are poor quality. I’m still waiting for a refund weeks on that they’ve said simply failed but haven’t tried again.

Beware of the returns policy. It cost £4 delivery and £4.95 to return the item. For a £40 dress, the postage has totalled 25% of the cost of the dress which is just ridiculous. Beware when ordering

I regularly order from ASOS, misguided etc so I’m aware of the quality of less expensive fashion but this is such poor quality, the colours, materials, shaping of the items. I opened the bag and wow I’ve never seen such poor quality all in one bag. The colours were awful, the material was cheap and the fit was shocking. Thanks but no thanks

I had never heard if AX Paris before was recommended it by a friend when I said I needed an outfit for a function I was attending. I placed an order on Saturday - 24 hour tracked as it was needed for the following Friday. We are now on Thursday and my parcel is awol, Customer service have been no help whatsoever, other than partially refund my postage costs. I now need to try fit in a last minute shopping trip after work tonight!

Absolutely disgraceful customer service from this company. Paid at post office to return a dress and then was charged again by the company (deducted from my refund). Was asked to provide proof of postage which I did. Despite several emails to the company with no response, I still haven't been reimbursed.

My daughter ordered £250 of dresses from her prom that never arrived. Sent repeated requests for a refund which were ignored. Do not buy anything from them!

Worse company ever when this comes to P&P and returns. I brought a dress which did not fit. I was charged £3.95 for delivery. Then unfortunately as it don't fit I am charged another £4.95 for returns. Should I find a cheaper method of returning the item, this company still charges an additional £2.50 admin fee. Yet to return the item I have to fill in a form. Where as with other companies I can just print a label and its all done. In total I am charged £8.90 just to try the item on. This is daylight robbery, for what I paid I expected a better service (and not having the hassle of filling in a returns form). Wish I had read the other reviews before I placed an order with this company. This company has a lot of catching up to do as it will not compete with other companies out there and I will not be ordering from here again.

Disgraceful Customer Service!! Order received late due to being delivered elsewhere so when I eventually received the order & returned some bits they claimed it was outside the 14days returns policy!! Not taking into consideration when I actually took receipt of the goods which my return then WAS within the 14days returns policy,, they stopped communication by not replying to my emails this as been ongoing for weeks and I’ve been requesting my refund yet received notification that they have closed the dispute with no refund or credit and a couple of the items were faulty (poor quality zips etc) disgrace as I actually kept £160 worth of dresses and returned the others which totalled £400 which they HAVE received and I’m sure continuing to sell yet not given me my money back!! Nothing you can do as no other means of contact and they don’t reply to emails!! STAY CLEAR to much hassle if you need to return items and CUSTOMER SERVICE is APPALLING!! Shop at SHEIN instead never had a problem returning stuff back to them (60 days return) and it’s cheaper!!! AX PARIS you are a disgrace of a company keeping peoples money in times like these!!! Don’t even deserve 1 star but had to give it to be able to submit review
