I Recently returned an item as it was too big, I returned the item at my local post office and paid for the return postage myself as it was cheaper to do it that way than to use the prepaid postage label provided by AX Paris. I have just received my refund and its over £10 less than the amount I paid despite the fact that no deductions should have been made as I'd already covered the cost of return myself. Looking at other people's reviews it seems that this company are making financial gain through their returned process. I am currently waiting for them to respond to my request to rectify my refund. Would never use them again.

Do not order if you think you may need to return an item. I returned £250 of items 33 days ago. Still no refund and no response to my emails. Disgraceful service for a company operating in 2022!

Ordered 2 dresses which were both nice but sent one back which cost 60EUR, I paid 9EUR for return at post office (as they don't have free returns) and was refunded 52EUR instead of 60EUR. When I queried this, they advised that as it was a part of a free deliver promotion (the order was 128EUR in fairness!) that they then deduct the delivery fee from the return for Europe (I'm in ROI) so I think that is really unfair on international customers when I had already paid to return the item so it cost me 17EUR to send it back in the end so I won't be in a hurry to order from them again when the likes of Boohoo can offer you free returns and very small delivery fee!

would never order from them again .ordered a dress size 12 well I could of get two of me in the top half so returned it 5th may and they received it the 7th may and still no refund and after sending lots of emails finally got a email back saying they haven't received it!! well yes u have have the order was tracked so i can see where and when u received it.so there say wait till after 30th May and see wht happens !!😤😤AX pairs is just a joke !!! just want my money refund!!

Terrible experience. Brought two dresses, parcel arrived with one dress I ordered and two other dresses I did not. Emailed them explaining they had sent two incorrect dresses, they told me to send it back, so they could send the missing dress. I sent it back, emailed them back to so say, I was then asked for proof in order to send the correct dress. I sent the proof as asked, got told they were sending the replacement. 3 weeks later? No dress! Re-contacted then explained du hadn’t received dress, they said they need proof of postage which I explained I had already given, either way I gave it again. Got told I have to wait for the returns to be processed, even though they received it in there warehouse a month before hand. I emailed again and said that was enough and I want my dress sent out as it had 2 months since I ordered the dress. Get an email back to say after all of this they refunded my money. And here I am now waiting for money Over a week later. Disgusting service, won’t be buying from them again.

Bought two dresses and returned one as it was too big. Love their dresses but customer service is awful. 15 working days for a refund which I’ve still not got is disgraceful. Enough to put you off shopping with them.

Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THE ITEMS SENT ARE NOT WHAT IS ADVERTISED. WORSE QUALITY EVER SEEN. THANK GOD I PAID BY PAYPAL AS THEY DIDN'T REFUND EITHER AND I HAD TO GET MY MONEY BACK THAT WAY

Sizing is weird. Clothes are nice but overpriced. Returns is very slow. Postage is deducted from your refund. Send two dresses back recently and £7 something was deducted from refund. (Postage did not cost this/package was wrapped up very small).

Pot quality cheap looking dresses. Sent back for a refund (nearly £300 worth of dresses) and had to start a claim with my card company as hasn’t received even a returns confirmation after 15 working days, only once I told them I had started this did they refund, the refund is short aswell 😡 Bunch of cowboys!

Awful service. Still awaiting a refund from 6 weeks ago because the dress unravelled during a wedding ceremony. A floating dress not at all tight, unravelled from mid back down and they are saying they have not received my dress. I sent it but regardless I should be refunded as its clear its not been sown appropriately. Awful customer service stay well clear.

I ordered 6 dresses and returned 5 . Got a refund for 3 so emailed them sent proof of posting and got a refund for another . Still waiting on the 5th dress to be refunded . Really disappointed as I like their goods . Won't be buying from them again .

I ordered 7 dresses to try on at home. I returned 5 dresses in two separate parcels. They have only returned 2 and refuse that they received the others even though they had all the receipts. No accountability and no help at all I'm almost £150 out of pocket. Absolutely disgusted!

Stay away from this Company if you could call it that, unacceptable behavior when it comes to customer service…. Well what customer service.? I believe they don’t know the meaning of that.. unfortunately I am now part of the victim’s group.. I returned 1 dress over 1 month ago paid $10 for the return, have called the phone number listed for “customer service” several times always get a recorder and unable to leave message because the mail box is full… what a surprise….. 0 stars Cannot believe they are still selling and the sad part is foolish people like us buying.

If I could give ‘0 stars’, I would! Awful customer services. I recognised a fault with my order, within 10 minutes of placing the order, I had emailed them - they replied and said ‘we can’t make changes, stated on our website’ - I appreciate that and instead ask them to cancel, thinking I would then just re-order without the error. They again refused. They said they would wait for it to not be delivered (it hasn’t even been dispatched) and eventually returned, then issue a refund. I’ve explained how drivers don’t wait for a door answer anymore and designate what they think is a ‘safe space’, so they don’t have to re-deliver. No response. Awful customer service. Based on this experience alone, I will never order from them again - even if the quality had been amazing!

Read the POOR reviews before ordering from AXParis! Thankfully I only ordered one top which when arrived looked different to the picture! Was too big so returned it. I didn’t realise I had to pay to return the top, thinking it would be 2nd class but got charged £5.16. I won’t be ordering from this firm again.

I have ordered a few dresses from this company but when returning it takes 3 weeks plus to get a refund. Not very good communication Why returns take 3 weeks I don't know but most companies refund within 7 days

Ordered a number of dresses for my daughters christening. The dress I went for in the end was lovely and fit me really well! However the other dresses were really hit and miss with sizing, a lot were a lot larger then the rest of the dress on the bust area. I ordered a size 8 in all dresses and there was just no consistency with the size! When I returned the other items it took 3 weeks for the return to be processed. I should’ve received £122 in returns but only received £107 meaning £16 was deducted from my return. I understand they have a £3.99 delivery cost to cover which is rubbish but fine. But £16??!! Contacted customer service to query this but as of yet no response. Wouldn’t ordered from them again in a hurry.

Ordered dress lovely and nice but just not me!! But they charge you £3.95 to use their returns label and then had the audacity to charge me the £5.95 for the original delivery as is returned the item! Which this does not state on their website!!! Glad I paid through clearpay that way no gift voucher refunds!!!

Do not use this company, service is shocking, returned 3 size 10 tops as they were huge and definitely not size 10. Waited 15 days for refund notification email saying id have a refund of £54 within the next 7 days, so in total iI'll have waited nearly 3 weeks on my caah. My refund should have been for £ 88 minus £3.95 as postage deducted (shocking) is already paid delivery to get them. I've absolutely no idea why iv only received notification of £54 refund. All tops were returned with labels on, never worn and wrapped in original packaging. The customer service is also awful.
