“We went to the Talke store, Stoke on Trent and was served by Becka. She was so patient and helpful while our daughter chose her bedroom paint. It really made a potentially stressful situation much easier and our daughter is so happy with her choice of 'enchanted mermaid'. Thank you Becka 😁”

“I had been to another diy store regarding buying a kitchen and left feeling very upset and angry due to a rude member of staff. I went to the Nursling store in Southampton and spoke to Kieron who was very friendly and helpful restoring my faith in humanity.”

“I visited the Cambridge B&Q saturday 16 Feb 2019. I was helped by an employee called Martin who was very knowledgeable about power showers and electric showers and what would give the most effective power of water through the shower head. Martin could not have been more helpful.So impressed with his expertise and time given. Thank you Martin.”

“Just spoke to Des at the b and q branch in harfcliffe imperial Park Bristol. I did not have a clue about trees and he explained everything I needed to know. It was a Saturday afternoon when I called the store. So I imagine that he was very busy. Thanks Des hope you have a good weekend”

“Hello On visiting one of your stores in Eastwood Nottinghamshire last week, I went with the intention of viewing what was available in the kitchen and bathroom section of the store. I’d been pondering on new taps and shower fittings in my bathroom. While in store I was approached by a young gentleman by the name of Jake who asked in a professional manner if he could assist me with anything. He showed me various different options that may be of benefit to what I was looking for. I am pleased to say that without his knowledge I may of walked out of store with exactly what I went in with. I purchased a very nice feature tap and additional new shower fittings. These now look amazing in my bathroom and would like to thank the store and this gentleman for his assistance and knowledge in helping me decide.”

“My husband went to B&Q Evesham today to purchase some wallpaper but you only had 3 of the same dye shade and we needed 4. He was just about the order some when Mandy found the 4th roll with the shade dye. He’s asked me to leave a review to say how very helpful Mandy was throughout and for going the extra mile. “I ordered a new kitchen for me to self build. I am a joiner with over 40 years experience. About 10 years ago I fitted a B& Q kitchen with no problems so ordered again in store for home delivery. I had to wait a few weeks for delivery but everything went as planned. Delivery on time on date promised, all parts complete, and the standard of goods is excellent in fact I am amazed at how well it fits together. On completion it looks beautiful and has been greatly admired. It is modern and contemporary and stylish. The cost was average but I've got a quality kitchen that I am sure will last. Fantastic!!”
