“Do not usually shop in B and Q Stevenage branch but in the last month have been twice and have received excellent service . Visited Easter Saturday and purchased garden table and chairs , George was very helpful showed me how to fold down chairs and table, unfortunately a young lady who I didn't get her name ,was very helpful and wheeled my trolley to checkout and then put all my purchases in to the car and was incredible polite. Well done B and Q for excellent service and hope the staff are recompensed.”

“I don't usually leave reviews for services received in retail outlets because I feel that is part and parcel of customer care, but I just had to express my appreciation of BEN at the Belvedere branch of B&Q. He greeted me with a smile, which is very agreeable, and was extremely attentive to my wishes and the project I had in mind. He was courteous, helpful, patient and customer orientated. I would say he went above and beyond my expectations. He needs to be training others to share and learn from his excellent customer communication skills. Huge thank you Ben and whenever I am in B&Q Belvedere again, I will look out for you.”

“I have to say a massive thank you to a very lovely & helpful staff member in Fareham store called Georgia.I was given a list and clueless, she helped me get everything .Id finished a night shift so was tired she was patient & never made me feel rushed.Thank you Georgia & Mark on checkout was so friendly also.Thank you both”

“the customer service was amaze like wow so impreessed it was totes amaze i literally felt over the moon after i got my inflatible hot tub which i honestly use all the time i came to by a sunbed but unfortunately they dont stock them 😭😭😭😭😭😭 however still overjoyed with my purchase and i love you B & Q”

“Wrote on trust pilot because it would not give me enough space to talk about the excellent service from Sylvia at the door of paisley store. Very welcoming with a huge smile.She done everything to help me,took her time ,explained about products ,walked me to my item,other stores just say three aisles across to the left,asked me if she could help with anything else, what a really pleasant shopping experience .A credit to your store I will be popping in just to buy some small thing now and again just to say hello to her.lovely lady so rare nowadays to find someone so helpful..”

“Your Falkirk store has just blown the competition out of the water. Was in the store on Sunday with my parents who are in the market for a new kitchen and unlike the competition the sales assistant was very helpful. As we don’t have any sizes yet because they don’t get the keys till mid May. Jenny gave us many ideas on how we can incorporate products into the kitchen her knowledge on the products she is selling is first class and has restored my faith in your company thanks”

“I would like to say a big thank you to Dawn at B&Q Decor, Stockton who went over and above her day to day role in locating and delivering to the Bishop Auckland branch wallpaper I had seen in the Stockton branch. This act of kindness meant Dawn had to detour from her normal route home. I am extremely grateful for this.”

“We would like to say how much we appreciated the help and assistant we received from 3 of your guys in Tunbridge Wells... Dan (the geordie) funny and very happy to help us with cutting to size a sheet of wood... Andy - 3 times he helped, advised and guided us to where we need to find things (typical floor guy doing humpteen jobs)... And Barry again helped and also took us exactly where we needed to find what we wanted...”

“I recently had a delivery from the new bnq Inverness delivery team Colin and John fantastic service from start to finish Colin kept us well informed from the morning call onwards he was very polite and has great customer skills.. upon arrival colin and John were very helpful and chatty putting my wife at ease she struggles with new people Colin took the time to ask about her gardening which my wife thought was very kind.. John and Colin stayed and talked about the product and answerd all my question in great detail and I had a few. Fantastic service from both if I could give more than 5*s I would well done lads!”
