“Yesterday 12th May, I visited Selco in Queensbury to buy Oak wood flooring glue and same I popped into B&Q in Queensbury to inquire about the glue which I bought from Selco. I was seen by Cletta in the flooring section and I began to ask about the flooring glue. She was very professional and polite in advising us ( glue was not required) and showed to use membrane sheet and underlay and spent with us one to one service of 30 minutes. As a result of this I was able to return the glue which I bought Selco and purchased goods as advised by Cletta and saved me £230. I must also the thank Mr Khaled for his advise too.”

“I was in B&Q Penrith this lunch time , buying tiles. A delighted man , Scott , went and got the pallet trolley, loaded everything up. When I was at the checkout, he was there , even though he had finished for the day , and loaded it all into the car for me . How wonderful!”

“I recently popped into Cardiff Culverhouse Cross B&Q with my friend over the Mayday bank holiday on Sunday and I just wanted to thank our superb member of staff Gary who helped me choose the right product and even cut it to size for me. He was so friendly and accommodating.. He was obviously very well trained and cut my mdf sheet into multiple sizes in no time. Thank you Gary for helping two hopeless females. You went out of your way to help. Extremely grateful”

“Had a problem with my Hozelock gun which I purchased recently at the Bishopbriggs Branch, I spoke to manager Jan and Allan at the return desk, they were a pleasure to deal with and it was replaced after it was tested and found to be faulty, great to find such great helpful staff nowadays! Thanks again Jan and Allan !!”

“B&q helped me design my kitchen, which I absolutely love. The staff in the kilmarnock store were amazing. I wanted the kitchen units curved, it was Michelle's first time doing a curved one. Kitchen was delivered the day before we went on holiday, and the 2 delivery drivers were so nice and very helpful. The only downside was I had wanted the small kitchen fridge to have the freezer compartment. Unfortunately it didn't have one 😫. Kitchen was fitted while we were away on holiday. So nothing I can do about it now. Definitely recommend b&q for there service, and ofcourse there stunning kitchen range ( santini)”

“Buy lots of decorating materials from the Melton branch, stock usually pretty good, have used click and collect a few times and am always contacted when my paints etc in ready to collect, staff in general very good especially Simon & Sylvia, always have time for my generally biggish buys and a laugh & joke at the checkout when we get the chance to,”

“visited your Lakeside store yesterday, garden section , to get some bags of compost…my wife and I are both in our 80's . we were asked by one of the assistants , a very pleasant young man named Darren , asked if we needed help. we said yes and he then helped us choose the right compost, loaded 4 heavy bags onto our flat trolley and came over to the car park and loaded them into our car , asked if we needed any more help as well. How refreshing was that, could not have been more helpful when in todays world old people tend to get ignored.That man needs a pat on the back. and I hope somebody passes on our gratitude to him.”

“I recently purchased a garden furniture set from the B&Q store in Newcastle Silverlink. Tish from the garden furniture department who served me was amazing! She went the extra mile, and showed top class customer service. It’s quite rare you get that level of customer service these days, so I like to leave reviews for those people who do deliver.”

“My grandmother had a delivery today from the delivery boys in Inverness she said they were fantastic with her stayed for a cup of tea even though they were very busy my grandmother has dementia and rarely has up days and them takein 10 mins out of there day to losten to a wee story put a smile on her face fantastic service boys very impressed!”

“Do not usually shop in B and Q Stevenage branch but in the last month have been twice and have received excellent service . Visited Easter Saturday and purchased garden table and chairs , George was very helpful showed me how to fold down chairs and table, unfortunately a young lady who I didn't get her name ,was very helpful and wheeled my trolley to checkout and then put all my purchases in to the car and was incredible polite. Well done B and Q for excellent service and hope the staff are recompensed.”

“I don't usually leave reviews for services received in retail outlets because I feel that is part and parcel of customer care, but I just had to express my appreciation of BEN at the Belvedere branch of B&Q. He greeted me with a smile, which is very agreeable, and was extremely attentive to my wishes and the project I had in mind. He was courteous, helpful, patient and customer orientated. I would say he went above and beyond my expectations. He needs to be training others to share and learn from his excellent customer communication skills. Huge thank you Ben and whenever I am in B&Q Belvedere again, I will look out for you.”

“the customer service was amaze like wow so impreessed it was totes amaze i literally felt over the moon after i got my inflatible hot tub which i honestly use all the time i came to by a sunbed but unfortunately they dont stock them 😭😭😭😭😭😭 however still overjoyed with my purchase and i love you B & Q”
