“Writing this whilst still in Wednesbury B & Q. Required 2 work tops cutting to size but the service was not available until 5pm. Scott a young, pleasant employee heard us mentioning that we would kill time and proceeded to offer his help and skill. The worktops were cut there and then and he checked twice before cutting that we were happy with our overall sizes. Excellent service and a credit to the business. Give this man a pay rise”

“I called in to B&Q to buy a replacement toilet. Unit 1 Retail Park Leeds on Saturday 8th June. I never realised, that toilets come in all shapes and sizes!? and had no idea of which one would be suitable for a downstairs cloakroom! A big thank you to a young man called Lenny. He explained what I needed. Having made the purchase Lenny then helped to put it in my car. He was polite, friendly and helpful. A credit to your company 👍🏼”

“I was served yesterday and on Friday at the Llandudno branch by a thoroughly charming young man called James. He went over and above what he needed to do and provided the best service with a cheery smile. He is 100% a credit to your company and the reason I’m going back tomorrow to buy some more garden furniture. He was a breath of fresh air and a delight to be served by. Thank you James”

“Called at the Sutton in Ashfield store today and was totally blown away by the service I received from a lady named Helen on the decorating department. Helen went over and above to get me a colour to match a swatch I had. Her knowledge and professionalism and her approachable friendly manner has led to me writing this review, which I never normally do. Thanks Helen your a credit to your employers.”

“Great service in the kitchen department, from a very knowledgeable lady called Ann in the Stockport branch on George's Road everything we needed to use she explained fully what it was needed for and how it would look as a finish All dimensions and measurements were explained What I thought would be a stressful time ended up quite pleasant”

“Had ordered a rug from b&q which constantly shed to the extend it was almost bare in parts ,contacted customer services who were absolutely brilliant,no problems at all,sent in some pictures and within a week I had received another rug which has been great ,well done b&q on your wonderful after-sales care couldn’t have asked for better would high recommend”

“When to durham bq went to click and collect for advice about an item lady called Jayne she was just brilliant went out of her way to help phoned other branches for us we got what we wanted as she ordered it at another bq we can't praise her enough”
