“We had plenty of notice about the delivery of our kitchen cupboards. The two lads - Kyle Clarke and Martin Bell - arrived on time and were excellent; polite and helpful. They checked everything against the delivery note and advised us about proper storage of the units. Well done!”

“Have visited B&Q branch in Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a number of occasions over the past few weeks. Firstly for 'Back Boarding' in my kitchen instead of tiling. Then for sliding wardrobe doors and tracking. Each time I was helped by 'Clare' in the store, who was very friendly and went over & above helping me.. Very knowledgable on all the products.. I went over to customer service to ask to leave a positive message for the manager regarding the great service I had received, to be told that 'Clare' was the manager!! She still deserve to be recognised for this. Well done 😃”

“I went into BQ gillingham branch to buy some bonding and paint. I was advised by Colin who helped me buy the wright material s . Colin was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble what a very polite and very professional worker you have plus the 2 guys in the warehouse building trade section took so much trouble to make sure I had my materials all stacked and ready for me at the trade counter. And Lauren I think that was here name what anouther loverly person all smiles and helping me so much as I'm hard of hearing . All in all a fantastic experience BQ you have so many professional hard working staff you should be proud . Thank you Colin Lauren and the 2 guys in the building warehouse. A very satisfied customer mr Michael gooch .”

“I went in BQ store in the gillingham branch. To buy a bag of bonding and paint . I want to say how helpfull professional and considerate Colin was he also signed me up for a BQ tradesmen discount card . He was brilliant and also 2 of the staff in the builders warehouse were excellent and all 3 could not help me enough . And also Lauren who worked on the builders trade counter was so helpful I think that was her name . I was so looked after my BQ experience in shopping there was first class and i will always be shopping there . BQ you have some brilliant staff and team fantastic regards mr Michael gooch a very satisfied customer”

“I just want to sing the praises of Dave kitchen designer at B&Q Lincoln store! I had a kitchen fitter all lined up for June 2018 to replace a disabled mans kitchen whom I look after. This said mate let me down and Dave came to the rescue.I have never designed a kitchen before but I took my amateur sketches in to Dave and he had it on the computer within 40 mins. Delivery came as promised and even when I messed up in one of my measurements Dave sorted out that mess out too! Dave your a hero!”

“I sent my partner for some silver glitter that you add to paint and the Valsper brand that I had used first was out of stock and they had told him it was discontinued. I spoke to a member of staff on the phone and I was upset and he said they was going to do their upmost best to sort the glitter they search the wearhouse high and low eventually they found some silver glitter once they used the lift I was so so happy the glitter is a really good coverage on the walls and looks fabulous.My partner and I would like to give Shell,Sue and Ed a special thank you for going out of their way to make one very happy customer”

“Just like to say how pleased we were with a kitchen we ordered on 8/10/18, we previously went to the Reading Gate store to look at the showroom after choosing the one we liked, we received good customer service from a girl named Nikki Cornick, she was very knowledgable about kitchens and designed it for us, after giving her the kitchen size she emailed photos of the kitchen to us on the19/9/18 and it was exactly what we were hoping to have. We were well pleased with it went back to the store and paid for it and as promised she said would be delivered on 26/10/18, absolutely everything was delivered, 60 items no bits missing, Nikki phoned us the following day to make sure everything was delivered and were we happy, delivery guys were very polite and helpful placing it where I asked, kitchen has now been fitted by my nephew Buzzwood Carpentry & joinery, would recommend a visit to the showroom as the kitchen staff seem to know their stuff. One happy couple.”

“I bought a large picture frame and the glass broke accidentally as I was trying to fastens the frame back with the clips, went back to Boston branch where I bought it and I was ready to argue as I had thrown away my receipt I thought that would be a problem but as I just bought it only a few days ago I thought they could some how trace my purchase, also I had already stuck my pictures on the board so I took the whole thing to the store. I came across this very helpful young man who went out of his way to help, not only was willing to replace the frame but in the store put the glass of the new frame and put it safely all back together again for me and wrapped it up so I could travel safely with it. Thank you Luke you are a star! Thank you B&Q Boston and hope Luke gets a good Christmas Lunch!”

“This Review is for the gardening manager Will at Swansea Morfa. Will kindly donated a Christmas tree and decorations to a St Joseph's RC school, Clydach. We can now use the usual tree funds for our toilets rebuild fundraiser. Every penny counts in our £30,000 fundraiser. Thank you from myself, staff and children of St Joseph's”

“I am a current customer and have had just but good experiences buying at B&Q Durham but this evening Keith and Nico made feel very welcome; they not just explained in detail when answering a couple of questions I asked but they both spoke Spanish to me! Honestly, it makes a huge difference when someone tries to speak your language. Many thanks and 'Well done B & Q' for contracting people who can speak other languages rather than English.”

“We were very satisfied with the service we received from B&Q Castlepoint, from the young man who served us to the men who delivered the flooring, the service was outstanding in every respect. We were given a phone call thirty minutes before their arrival and arrived on time. Keith & Bruce couldn’t do enough, nothing was too much trouble. They were an absolute delight. “Had to return a bathroom sink to the Plymouth branch, phoned before visit and spoke to Mark who checked stock and put one back for me as I was travelling some distance. Contacted him within store and he continued his excellent customer service. Thank you Mark for this really positive experience.”
