B and Q continues to go down hill. Not only has their range of stock been dropping over the past year or so, their wood is some of the worst quality of any DIY shop. Today went into B and Q Farnborough to find they have taken out all their self service tills and one 1 out of 5 tills open take cast. All the rest have great big signs in front of the saying Card Only. Is this a shop? Do they want us to shop with them or not? I feel this is the end of B and Q will be avoiding shopping with them in the future. After all they obviously don't want my money

Wasted 2 hours to select flooring with one of their representatives. The flooring was on display. During payment, he found out that flooring is not in stock. Then went for another flooring which was on display and he mentioned that it will be delivered within 14 days when tried to pay for that nearest delivery date was after 28 days. The whole process took me 3 hours and end up buying nothing.

Door delivered was wrong size ...replacement out of stock . After 3 weeks still waiting to have the wrong door collected and have my money refunded..4 phone calls and 1 returned phone call from the duty manager...absolutely discussed with the abysmal service I have had....can only hope this week they will collect the door and refund my money ....I'm a single parent on limited funds and need to still buy a door elsewhere ...and cannot take another day from work to sit and wait for nobody to come .shameful company and would never spend a single penny with them again .

I got realy well looked after this evening at the Lewis Road store. Needed to catch the 3 4 2 deal on Farrow and Ball paints. At one point about 2 - 3 staff led by Debi and Carol (and others who names I've forgotten sorry) were all determined to establish the location of paints in other stores. Great service. I ended up saving over £90 in one go.... result! Paul

if your buying a kitchen from the grimsby branch see Marie Coley. You will struggle to find a more helpful advisor. she has helped us every step of the way, kept us informed of offers, helped us save money and guided us through all the product features. Probably would have gone elsewhere if she wasnt so helpful, well done marie and thanks for all your help.

Chester branch.....John in the paint dept was so helpful during the 3 for 2 sale. A lot of the paint was out of stock but he tried alternative ways to help even though there was a queue and he was on his own. Thankyou John. Alice who answered the phone the following night, actually went to the paint dept and checked to see if the paint had come in. Nothing was too much trouble. Thankyou Alice.

Ordered my kitchen with so many problems from the start, contacted them everyday with one problem to another wrong cooker, sink didn’t fit, different style doors, different colour doors, extractor fan didn’t line up with hob, wrong fridge and not enough end panels so was told to cut in half and use mdf at the back as you would see it. Asked them to collect the kitchen 6 days after it was delivered but was told no, would never buy a kitchen from them again and would advise anyone else to stay away they don’t supply a fitting service so you get your own and all they do is blame them but they advertise a design service but still down to you or your fitter to check before he starts so very angry a very expensive lesson 😡😡

What a mistake ordering a B&Q kitchen. Firstly the items delivered: cover panels , incorrect colour. Units of poor quality with a number of damaged panels, 300mm deep wall unit delivered as 400mm, the handles cannot be installed with bolts supplied, you’ll need to buy your own in a size B&Q do not sell?!?! On top of this one 500mm draws was missing, one door missing and all difficult to align, especially the drawer units. Poor in almost all respects, no wonder Which review placed them bottom of the pile - do not waste your money in B&Q, go elsewhere, in fact anywhere else for a better product and service.

Paint colour matching service poor Had item scanned for colour match and told it was matched but not 100% When applied the colour was a mile off Went back and was willing to compromise on price of more paint two staff on duty could not make any decisions Called for duty manager he turned up deputy manager called paul He was not the least interested you excepted the colour you paid for it not there problem The moral is unless you can be assured match is 100% don’t buy as you will be stuck with it no redress Or is this just the policy at BLACKPOOL store

Bought 2 litre tin of paint 4 days ago from B&Q, price £20.00, I used the paint but had more to do, so went to B&Q today to buy one more tin, the price £32.00 for the same item, tried to talk to staff about the high increase in price, but I may as well talk to a brick wall, in my view B&Q are taking the public for a ride, as from today I will not buy or purchase from this company again, may have to do with there 3 for 2 offer scam,

Yes, they DO SEEM expensive when compared with other outlets, but these are getting very thin on the ground these days. If you want bargains, why not wait until they offer 3 for 2 or similar? Ive found them helpful and dont forget - you get what you pay for these days. Its a pity they have stopped their OAP discount.

What a shame I have to give one star for the support line. They deserve zero. I ordered a door nearly 3 weeks ago and was promised on line, at point of payment, 4 working days for delivery. It failed to arrive and on the next day, due to lack of door and no information about a possible delay I rang support. After a 30 min wait to get through I was told by customer service they had no idea where the door was. The courier apparently denied all knowledge of collection. My B and Q app told me that everything had been completed but still no door. Rang B Nd Q again and had same response as before. I was promised an upgrade to urgent but after several days still no contact even though they promised a phone call. Eventually made contact again and was told I had another two days wait to talk to someone. Finally contact was made after my requests for a door to be delivered from an upline manager and again promised a 4 day wait. Unbelievably the second door failed to arrived. Rang again and told to wait for another manager. Days passed and a text was received saying ‘ sorry I have been busy and couldn’t ring but will contact you in next 24-48 hours’. This is the person who should have contacted me a week before.’ The door was finally delivered two weeks late. The customer service is appalling and guaranteed delivery dates are just fairy tales. I will never ever use B and Q online delivery again. All three members of my family have experienced poor delivery and support. Be warned. Never use B and Q online. Just buy from the shop.

Your stores are poorly stocked with plumbing fittings. Used to be able to get most bits and pieces - sadly no longer. Have on one occasion collected a bath which turned out to have been returned- only to discover the issue on site. Also staff in the floor not qualified. TRADEPOINT is a joke.

I called into Grantham B and Q to buy paint on the special offer. Darren was the man I spoke to and he was really very helpful, he checked his stock and then found the paint for me having to scale to the back of the top shelf to find the final tin. He then advised me on the type of filler I needed. All in all it was a great experience, not usual for a trip to a diy store. Thank you
