Your organisation is the worst I have ever experienced. You out source work to self employed muppets who havnt got a clue. They just want to get the job done as quickly as possible. They are messy, late and the quality of work is extremely poor!

I bought 5 plants that were in clearance sale half price. price label said'5 for £20 or £6 each. According to your member of staff, half price only relates to the single price. He wanted to charge me £15 and not £10. His attitude was....take it or leave it. so i left it, Customer service , he didn't know the meaning of the words and nor does b&q. unhappy customer!!!!!!!!

Changed delivery date without notice customer service rude still not received order. Never again. I have lost a days pay for nothing. Items are in store but you won't let me change to click and collect. Refused to put me through to the manager uncaring and rude

We had plenty of notice about the delivery of our kitchen cupboards. The two lads - Kyle Clarke and Martin Bell - arrived on time and were excellent; polite and helpful. They checked everything against the delivery note and advised us about proper storage of the units. Well done!

Purchased a Link plastic cupboard for £40 and it is a load of rubbish. The instructions are inadequate, pieces don’t fit and when you apply force they split! Having eventually got it all together the doors don’t shut and the shelves feel like they will collapse. Don’t waste your money and come on B & Q read the reviews and take this off sale please to save anyone else wasting £40! Expect better products as a Diamond member.

Went to buy electrical sockets today that were on offer, really good value for money.I found what I wanted really easily. Served straight away by Andy on the checkouts .

Have visited B&Q branch in Burgess Hill, West Sussex on a number of occasions over the past few weeks. Firstly for 'Back Boarding' in my kitchen instead of tiling. Then for sliding wardrobe doors and tracking. Each time I was helped by 'Clare' in the store, who was very friendly and went over & above helping me.. Very knowledgable on all the products.. I went over to customer service to ask to leave a positive message for the manager regarding the great service I had received, to be told that 'Clare' was the manager!! She still deserve to be recognised for this. Well done 😃

I went to b&q branch in honeypot lane to exchange one of my items but at the costumer service desk the lady called Baharti was very aggressive and rude however I have tried my best because of the place that I’m working I can cope with different groups of people but this person is unbelievable and I’ve found that branch with lake of costumer service👎

I went into BQ gillingham branch to buy some bonding and paint. I was advised by Colin who helped me buy the wright material s . Colin was so helpful and nothing was to much trouble what a very polite and very professional worker you have plus the 2 guys in the warehouse building trade section took so much trouble to make sure I had my materials all stacked and ready for me at the trade counter. And Lauren I think that was here name what anouther loverly person all smiles and helping me so much as I'm hard of hearing . All in all a fantastic experience BQ you have so many professional hard working staff you should be proud . Thank you Colin Lauren and the 2 guys in the building warehouse. A very satisfied customer mr Michael gooch .

I went in BQ store in the gillingham branch. To buy a bag of bonding and paint . I want to say how helpfull professional and considerate Colin was he also signed me up for a BQ tradesmen discount card . He was brilliant and also 2 of the staff in the builders warehouse were excellent and all 3 could not help me enough . And also Lauren who worked on the builders trade counter was so helpful I think that was her name . I was so looked after my BQ experience in shopping there was first class and i will always be shopping there . BQ you have some brilliant staff and team fantastic regards mr Michael gooch a very satisfied customer

today i was told that the wednesday 10% discount to older people was no longer available except for 'seasonal' item. B&Q have just lost a customer!

Do not use delivery service as products do not turn up and u wait in all day 8 to 8 and no apologies. Shocking customer service.

I just want to sing the praises of Dave kitchen designer at B&Q Lincoln store! I had a kitchen fitter all lined up for June 2018 to replace a disabled mans kitchen whom I look after. This said mate let me down and Dave came to the rescue.I have never designed a kitchen before but I took my amateur sketches in to Dave and he had it on the computer within 40 mins. Delivery came as promised and even when I messed up in one of my measurements Dave sorted out that mess out too! Dave your a hero!

I had a bathroom installed by the bq unfit,sorry homefit,the sink never emptied properly and attempts to get itk fixed failed eventually told they ate closing so much for my guarantee was told to artange my own plumber and pay him then get a refund from b q trouble I'd they don't do cash refund you have to wait for a cheque it'd the last time I deal them

Dreadful service..promised my fire in a week. So made arrangements for wooden floor to be fitted at same time new skirting board. .took over 3 weeks for it to come.with no apologies nothing..wrote a 2 page letter to cheltenham manager 3 weeks ago.never had a reply..gave me wrong time for delivery also..they don't care about there customers.

Purchased a cooke and lewis kitchen in August and was told that some of the items were out of stock but ww woud be able to order them when they came back in the store. We proceeded to have the rest of the kitchen fitted and was just waiting for two dresser door packs to come back in stock. each week i checked the web site and went into the store and was told to keep checking. i contacted customer services and had endless emails saying they would be back in stock soon. I have been told now that they have been discontinued and as I didn't purchase them with my original kitchen in august they are not legally responsible. However if I had been told in august that there may have been a problem then I would have purchased an entirely different kitchen. So now I'm stuck with a half completed kitchen and B n Q stated they don't have any alternative doors to fit the dresser door pack. Absolutely appalling customer service, with staff that deliberately deceive customers and have a couldn't care less attitude once they have your money. And to add insult to injury three of the stores in our local area all displaying the dresser doors in their kitchen showrooms, but we have been told we can't purchase display items. I ask why are they displaying items that are discontinued.?? Absolutely fuming !

Was going to order £305 wort of plasterboard on trade account but b&q wanted a massive 10%delivery charge of £30 total£335 to deliver 5 miles away ordered if from selco cost £313 free delivery 18 miles away total cost £313

I purchased 2 cabinets from the Huddersfield Store, in stock items, one package was damaged and i was told all was ok and in place . I got them home and the damaged package contained no fixings or handles. I reported this and had to go back to the store, i got a bag of fixing and had to order the handles, none in stock. The fixings ended up being the wrong ones and I reported this. B & Q are sorry for my inconveniece - really - 2 trips from M/c to Huddersfield and 5 phone calls I am not a happy customer - service is rubbish
