Absolutely atrocious Took double the amount of money out of the account and didn’t process the order. Took a week of constantly ringing for someone to ring me back to refund my order which took another 3 days for only half to be refunded. Then tried to get my Order place and was told by a rude manager no, today it seemed u can not get anything because they change goods constantly He refused to get someone else to help me even though the 2 week constant issues were their fault Completely unhelpful and I still haven’t received all my money. Discussing

Placed my “Click&Collect” order on Sunday 5th of April around 11.00am, today is 9th of April and still nothing, well over 72 hours, no way to get in touch with customer support to find out what’s happening.

I need some tiles as I brought some before the lock down but not enough so tried doing online which saying unavailable tried several different stores could see they are in stock. The next day my sister in law rang to say she had clicked and collected fence paint for outside! Which I dont see how painting a fence is essential in anyway . So I phone Halloween store and spoke to a lady as I said toles are essential as I cant have a shower until its finished and she told me they arent essential and that it not her problem yet I said about the fence paint and I got well yes I no people are ordering it but we allow it so that's it . And now B & Q are selling plants!!! They are not essential items in anyway!! Fuming is not the word the amount of money I spent in this shop to be treated so awfully my members have staff I will be now getting my kitchen and everything else out my house from other places instead as I had planned to buy it all from b & Q!!

What a rubbish website. I need a tin of paint to finish restoring bedroom furniture, 3 in stock in Northampton store , it would not allow me to add to basket . I thought I will try another store , exactly the same outcome. I then phoned and spoke to a member of staff, who said it must be out of stock, what in every store . Frustrated does not cover it .

Ordered on sunday Got email on Monday night saying it was ready Went to collect on Tuesday told that I needed 2 confirmation emails??? Returned Wednesday morning collected only 2 of the three items I ordered and when I got home one of the two was wrong Thankfully I only spent £27 quid so not the end of the world can’t be bothered to try to return and no sign of refund for missing item If you can’t operate a proper click and collect service then don’t bother and stop taking people’s money

Very disappointed. Click and collected on Thursday. Picked up item Saturday. They are obviously not taking this pandemic seriously. Not one of the staff had gloves. Wanted ID for a bag of plaster, people walking up to a display shed, asking details. No social distancing what’s so ever. One staff member taking a trolley with no gloves or cleaning it and passing it to another member of staff and then on to a customer. They need to take lessons from Toolstation and screwfix they are definitely taking this more seriously. Avoid Avoid

The worst company in the world.. leave you hanging dry . Rude on the phone. Tell you go to the website place an order, the home delivery button is not working ????? Call to tell them and they say try again call again they say try again... how can a business like this even open with people like this running it. Nobody really cares it's crazy... they all want there wages but dont care about us... the bill payers .

What a rubbish website first of all, not helpful to the trade. Second if you speak to a member of staff, equally unhelpful and just tell you back to the site. Just lost my trade. If I could give a minus 5 I would.

I tried to order exterior sealant to seal a window, but apparently this is a “non essential” item. I’ve just read though that they’re still selling plants. What a joke.

The website is a joke and gives NO options to contact B&Q except by waiting on the phone for 45 mins+. They will deliver M10 washers but will not deliver the M10 x 100mm coach bolts to fit those washers. They refuse to deliver 4 x 8 plywood sheets but I can "click and collect" from the local store. The reason I need them delivering is (surprise, surprise) that they are too big to fit into my car. Earlier this year I had deliveries that failed to turn up. Customer "support" were a total joke and when the items did arrive they were damaged.

I know everything is a little backwards with the COVID-19 going on, but I would even bother with the click and collect at B&Q. Clearly states 24 hour click and collect, I had to wait 48 for the email, and then had to wait over an hour in the car park for them to collect it for me. Absolute joke

Online promise to 'Click and Collect' within 24hours. We ordered our goods and B & Q failed to have the items. With only 20min trading time remaining, we can now expect our items to be ready to collect tomorrow...... a total of 48 hours later and that's if they keep that promise which I very much doubt. Very Poor Customer Communication

A total waste of space these days. Ordered some floor tiles for home delivery, when they arrived it was only 50% of the order - thats when the hassle started, tried to get the other 50%, more hassle, finally managed it, then I tried to return the excess, more hassle - need I go on? Needless to say I wont be returning.

If only I could give no stars. I ordered online click and collect. What I ordered was not the product they brought out to me. I gave them a copy of my invoice. A few minutes later a young lad came out with the same items. When I said you don't have what I ordered he said this is your order, it has your order number on it. When I said he should look at the bottom of the invoice he could see that it was not the same product he accused me of getting aggressive and backed away. Next thing I know is bully boy security came out and he was aggressive. He tried to say i went for the young lad and even got another member of staff to say he saw that. This guy spoke very little english and was mystified but obviously felt he had to be loyal, he wasn't even there!!!. I was told to leave the carpark and they were refusing to serve me. I had to ask about my money. They said they were going to refund me and the young lad smiled and said that will take 5 days. How can this be right. The order number might have been right but the goods didn't match up with the invoice. Nobody was prepared to look at their mistake. Oh well, all my business gone. I shall be dealing with companies who have competent staff in future. Let's hope this company doesn't last much longer.

I have been trying to order materials online for the past 2 weeks with no result. lost count of calls made to their customer services with no help or resolution. The staff who are answering their calls are oblivious to any issues. They all keep on saying the same things. Why would a company advertise click and collect service on their website and customers unable to order single piece of item through their website? I have now given up on them totally and will not spend a single penny with them once all this pandemic problem is over.

You gave us a click and collect time of after 18.00hrs. When I arrived there were a lot of other cars waiting who had also been given this information but your store was closed. Why in the present situation do you have people coming out unnecessarily. Very bad practice for a large company
