Like so many, waited for an age in the virtual queue. Items I wanted to order were noted as in stock but when I went to check out was informed none of my order was available for "Click and Collect". Same for two other B&Q stores within reasonable distance to me. So, if not available for click and collect, you are not doing delivery and your stores are closed........ Not impressed.

Waited over an hour in the virtual queue. Said my items were in stock, went to pay and then said said the items were not available. Think you should just close the store and online altogether as you clearly can not cope and you are just annoying your customers.

click & collect confirmed item to be picked up. a week later still no product. ordered from Wickes & got the items next day

Poor quality building materials. When reporting issues no return. The hand tools the same. Broken Bosch drill returned to customer service in warranty period. They asked me to call Bosch in Germany. They are selling industrial waste. From 5 pallets of block one pallet was broken to small pieces. The quality for the rest of them was rubbish too. It is only suitable for landfill. Useless.

Eventually got onto the website and ordered plaster after it stated was in stock. Three days later I get an email saying it’s out of stock! Waste of time and they have my money for at least a week before I get a refund - always considered them a joke but they have surpassed themselves again!

Sorry to write this review in the current climate...but.. I waited in the virtual queue yesterday for just under two hours, no problem with that at all, I was informed the site was closing at 6pm . At 4pm I was at the front of the queue and really happy, when directed into the store the site said it was closed. Not happy and very disappointed.

I have shopped at b&q for years . But after this experience I will be deleting my online account. The way the website is set up is in my opinion borderline fraud. While making your order you are told that the same item's are available for next day click and collect only. To find out at the end of the process that there is at least a three day wait for your order and no way of cancellation online. B&Q are laughing all the way to the bank. While customers face long waits B&Q make millions in interest on customers money

Ordered 4 packs of feather edge and I can tell you it was terrible I will never order this item again half were broken and warped before use, stay away or waste you money.

You A-HOLES! I was in the 'VIRTUAL'' air for AT LEAST 1hr & 30 mins & that's WITHOUT the air being 'PAUSED!' for AT LEAST 45 mins! Why was it paused? I understand you want to do 'essential' work from 18:00 but at least let those on your site continue shopping BEFORE you throw them off!!! I would have been LONG FINISHED by 6pm of the air I was in hadn't paused for so long I got to the 'virtual shop door' when it stated 'less than 1 minute to get on the site' when it chucked me off! What a waste of my time you morons! Let your customers at least finish what they are doing, RUDE & IGNORANT! DON'T WASTE MY TIME!

I placed an order and had an email to say collection on Saturday. Waited all day for phone call and nothing received, so went to the store 30 minutes before close only to be told there is a 72 hr backlog by a member of staff. Why don’t they tell you when you place the order. What a terrible service. My advice, go to Wickes.

Waiting 3 days for a click &collect without hearing a thing if they don’t have the stuff you want why take your money a email when they think they may have it would be nice avoid b&q

Ordered on 5th of April, still nothing, money been taken from my bank account and nothing in return, no email, no texts, NOTHING. Want to cancel my order and again- no way of doing that:-)

Can some up in one word really..Abysmal. Ordered some timber for click and collect on 08 Apr 2020 at 0750 hrs, instructed by B&Q that order would be available for collect by 1pm the following day or within 24hrs. It is now Sat 11 Apr 2020, still no message,email.txt whatsoever from B&Q, cannot even go into my acct. It really is unforgivable the way B&Q are treating their customers in this day and age with internet ordering etc. B&Q should have shut down their ordering system till it caght up with existing orders instead of taking peoples money and promising a service to which they cannot provide. They may well be sitting laughing having all that money coming into them and not supplying the service..but this episode will come back to haunt them I am sure.

After waiting for 1-45 mins in a queue to order post crete at my local store I went through the click and collect procedure only to be told they had none in stock despite their site saying they had 60 bags. I was redirected to another store and paid for 2 bags to be collected after 1-30 today Saturday. I've not had any emails or messages, No contact whatsoever. I don't know if I should go to my store as I have no proof of purchase, I will not be using B&Q click and collect again. They have taken my money but no contact from them.

I went on the website and it says i have to wait in a queue to view the website and start shopping but even Tesco doesn't ask you that what the hell is going on? Set up your website game B&Q so shocked!!

Waited 1.5 hours to get to get onto b&q web site at 8.30pm . ( was given 4 hour wait time mid afternoon to get on site) Utter shambles when on site, could not order second product ,kept returning me to original page then when finally at check out with one product could not check out as would not register postcode & returned me to start several times. Amateur effort it appears from Big name company . fully understand these are difficult times but b&q should either step up with web site or give up , in present circumstances. Suggest folks don’t even waste time or nervous energy on it.

I waited 45minutes to get on your web site. Ordered 4 items for click and collect and was informed at checkout that none of the items were available at my chosen store despite them showing on that particular stores web site. Total waste of time, would never use the site or B&q again !!

Absolutely shocking service. Ordered on 4th April for collection on 5th April. On the 5th April received an email stating - Do not go to store to collect until you receive an email or phone call. Money taken from my account straight away. No response from emails sent or from telephone, staff just pick the phone up and then put the phone down without speaking . It is now the 10th April still no communication from B&Q when to collect order. Do NOT Use Click & Collect
