Tried and failed several times. You shouldn’t send emails saying collect on a certain day, to drive 25 miles to be told there’s a glitch you should wait for a call. You shouldn’t let people pay £100s for a delivery within 4 days to be told 2 days later you won’t get your delivery for 3 weeks. What’s the point. Better off closing and not pissing people off. Trying now to get refunds for £100s No one to talk to, feels impossible.

This “virtual queue” to enter v&q website is the most ridiculous thing ive heard! Corona virus destroyed most of our lives but been good for some companies like this one, which without competition can do what ever suites them, and then they gonna say: at this difficult time we are doing whatever we can....”!!

I Placed a order of a kitchen from b&q that would take 7 weeks to come. 5 working days before delivery I received a email that it would be curb side delivery due to covid 19, I then got a email 2 days later saying it has been put on hold!! I’m know in a position of not getting any information from store who tell me to call customer services who you can’t get through at all!! £2821 out of pocket and as much as these are hard times I find the no contact poor and won’t be using B&Q ever again and really struggled to give them 1 star

Placed order over a week ago. Not fulfilled and no communication. They appear to be just trying to profiteer from covid-19 by taking your money and not fulfilling your order!

B and Q. The worst company I've ever encountered. Bought a kitchen from dearne valley weeks ago and waited 4 weeks to get it delivered, which should have been today. I had this confirmed via text, took the day off work and wasted the day due to the kitchen not getting delivered. Rang several times but the call centre was unavailable. Couldn't get on their website. Dont use the company a total waste of time. they didn't even have the common sense to ring me to let me know the delivery wasn't happening.

I placed an order through their app for click and collect as it stated it would be ready within two days. I knew there was the potential for the promised date to lapse with the current situation therefore was not too disappointed when I didn’t receive the confirmation my order was ready to collect a week later. However, upon reaching the store today there was a queue which I was told would take an hour to get through... not great but I waited anyway. I got 8 cars away from the end of the queue to collect my order and was told they were closing and I wouldn’t be able to collect my order! How I wasn’t told this at the moment I arrived is beyond me. I’ve tried to ring to cancel... not able to. I’ve sent an email to customer services to cancel yet still to receive a reply! B&Q have taken £180 of my money and I still can’t get it back! I will not be using them ever again, shambolic customer service which should be exemplary to reflect their inflated prices. I just wish I had read the reviews before placing my order. HOW ARE THEY GETTING AWAY WITH THIS? I’m guessing they will appear on BBC’s watchdog #roguetraders

Absolutely discussed with B&Q being open for click and collect the queue of traffic is horrendous this is not essential travel and by being open your encouraging this unsafe behaviour during lockdown, if there is a road accident because of this heavy traffic this puts a strain on our wonderful NHS who are fighting saving lives. People are dying!

1hr+ wait to get on website, sat phone down, kept checking etc, finally got on their site, added £80+ of material to basket, Clicked click & collect for my local store for pickup next day, (plenty in stock of all items) checkout as guest, all details typed in to get to last page before payment & then page came up saying 0 available, remove from basket or add to saved list, tried 3x more, same scenario after typing all details back in each time, then added random stuff to basket, through the details again to get same outcome, B&Q really need to shut their click & collect part down as it’s clearly not fit for purpose looking at the reviews ppl are leaving. Sad as I’ll not use them again even when this is all over.

Ordered and paid through Click & Collect. Confirmation e-mail, then nothing for days. Eventually got a phone to say everything ready to collect. Went to store to be told three items not available. If you have waited a couple of hours to get on the site, received your confirmation e-mail, had notification that your order was ready for collection and managed to pick up all you ordered I have another task for you. Get Oasis to reform!

also took my order gave a delivery date and took my payment delivery did not arrive and they did not contact me. I have completed 3 contact forms and made approx 10 telephone calls and was unable to get through. they shd not be taking orders and should be closed completely if they can't deliver on the service. do I now just have to wait to see if my delivery does eventually arrive seems cheeky to have taken out my payment out of my bank.

Accepted my order.Took my money. Gave a delivery date. Cancelled delivery and then nothing!! Really seems like sharp practice. Can’t contact B & Q by any method. Very disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be going ahead with the new kitchen I’ve had designed with them.

As if b&q website was not terrible enough before, now it’s non existent. Had a look at items over past few weeks before this new queue nonsense, and even then i couldn’t find any items that were available (via collect or delivery). Same for other diy suppliers....but at least their sites are okay. But that’s kingfisher(b&q owner) for you...always been trying to keep costs low & profits high...hence no investment. This situation will show which companies deserve to survive.

STOP LYING! I want some paint tester pots, I had some in my basket the other day & was in the queue for hours, during that time the queue was 'paused' for over 45 mins, I got to the front of the queue ready to enter the site when 18:00 struck & the site was shut down, I still had my items in my basket as I had for a couple of days, I went on again today & my basket was empty & all the tester pots stated 'our stores do not stock this item!' You think we are stupid? YES THEY DO! Why can't I Click & Collect? I want the tester pots so I can check which shade(s) I like! I CAN'T even put them in my basket! I checked the bigger sized paint cans & there is no problem with Clicking & Collecting them OR putting them in my basket but I won't as I don't know what shade I want! WASTED MY TIME YET AGAIN. I'LL GO TO WILKO' S, AT LEAST I CAN VISIT & PICK SOME SAMPLES UP. YOU TIME WASTING /LYING MORONS!

Here we are sat outside b&q Washington waiting for essentials for emergency & maintenance works . Behind 30-40 different vehicles and all we can see is , compost , paint and decorating products being picked up is this really essential! About time this store catered for trades only don’t you think ..
