“Beyond impressed. Was skeptical at first being a first time mom, but everything with our military insurance worked out. Whenever I call for a bag refill the ladies are always pleasant on the phone and I’m happy to know they’re living in the USA. I won’t hesitate with the second baby- they’ve got my business 100%.”

“I’ve used this company twice and the customer service has been excellent each time. I was contacted after filling out my initial order and offered a free diaper bag that I didn’t know I was eligible for and would have missed out on. The orders are processed so quickly and I always receive my supplies so fast! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs breastfeeding supplies”

“HANDS DOWN best place to get your pump and supplies! The ease of ordering and great customer service is second to none! Shipping was quick and the website has the blue Kiinde bags that has been hard to find! I haven’t gotten to use anything yet as I’m 29 weeks pregnant but I can’t wait to use the pump and bags!!”

“I was recommended this site through a friend who had recently used them. This was an extremely easy process compared to my first pregnancy where I purchased my pump from a store and tried going to through the reimbursement process with Tricare. I opted for an upgraded pump that required some out of pocket costs and this was by far an easy and convenient process. My pump arrived two days after I was contacted by a representative. 10/10 would recommend this to anyone, especially Tricare beneficiaries.”

“So easy to work with! They helped me with my first pregnancy pump supplies and now my second. Great communicators and great at helping me get what I need and getting it approved with TRICARE. Big tip: reach out over phone if you have questions- my favorite bags are the Lansinoh and it wasn’t an option when I filled out the online portion but the rep told me I could write it in the comments and gets those instead.”

“I’m a first time mom and newer to using Tricare. My doctor was easily able to write me the scripts they needed to get me everything. Baby pavilion was very communicative. I loved that they sent a follow up form with my pump and breast milk bags so I could receive an insurance covered belly band and post party band.”

“I am pregnant with my second child and choosing Baby Pavilion for all of my pumping needs was the easiest choice I have ever had to make! Their customer service is unlike any other. They are quick to respond and even quicker to ship! The best part about their service is the reminders to order new pump parts or storage bags. The last thing on a tired mom's mind is ordering pump parts and more milk storage bags. Baby Pavilion was a lifesaver for my firstborn and I have ZERO doubts they will be for my second child.”
