“This is my second time using baby pavilion. Alot has changed since the first time. They have really skimmed down on what you can get with your insurance. I can somewhat understand skimming the bag count down but I am bummed about the replacement parts. Otherwise I have nothing but good reviews. Atleast from my past experience . I just started using them again so can't speak to how the site is still ran. I got my pump and supplies in a timely manner and everything is in good working condition. Customer reaches outs promptly for issues. So far I'd use again in the future.”

“Baby Pavilion tricked me into buying the wrong pump. When I was about to finish my order for my beloved Spectra pump, the website threw up an add for Cimilre. I took the bait, did some research on the Cimilre, and saw it sounded better than Spectra. I'm pretty mad they threw up this add because Cimilre is definitely not better and I wasted my one insurance-provided pump opportunity. The only positive for Baby Pavilion is that they send out monthly reminders to order more bags.”

“Baby Pavilion was incredibly easy to use. It was easy to upload my prescription information and receive my insurance covered pump. I also like the layout of their website for replacement parts and storage bags. I can order just what I need and it’s easy to know what’s covered. I love how they cover the kiinde bags, but I wish they would use the Linsolah bags instead of the medela, as I like them much better and they are the bags recommended by milk stork to ship and transport breastmilk.”

“I will continue to use Baby Pavilion to order my supplies. Customer service is outstanding and always has quick responses. They even reached out to me when I tried to order a breast pump that was not fully covered under my insurance to make sure that was the selection I wanted to make. I love how they email me to remind me to order my supplies every 90 days. One less thing I have to remember as a new mom! Highly recommend this company!”

“I used Baby Pavilion for my first baby and it was so easy to order products and they always sent the milk storage bags on time. I pumped at work until my first was 1, and this company definitely helped with that. I’m pregnant with my second now, and so of course I came back to the company. I’m in my third trimester and just got my pump! I wanted one with an upgrade and it was easy to pay the difference.”
